              I purchased seat covers from this company in July of 2023. The seat covers did not fit. I contacted the company and they said they wanted me to ship the seat covers back to be altered to make them fit correctly. I never received any replacement seat covers. Though they later claimed to of sent them. I had a death in the family and this delayed me looking into this at the time. In November I inquired again as I could not find any shipping label they said they would send to ship back the original seat covers. They gave me a PDF of the shipping label and we sent them back. Fed Ex confirmed through the tracking number that they did get the seat covers back. I then emailed them and asked them what was going on as I had not heard anything. Then they claimed they would need the originals (which they had according to Fed Ex) in order to issue me a refund. Then they claimed they had already sent me replacements in July (Apparently without me having ever sent the originals until November? Now I have no seat covers, and no money. They are accusing me now of having the replacements I never got. I either want my seat covers or my money back. I am a disabled single father with two kids.

              We ordered our seat covers on 12/23/23. We received an email that they would ship between 1/24/24 and 1/29/24. As of 2/1/24 we have not received them. The email address doesn't work and we have called 3 times, leaving messages with no response. We want our money back.

              On September 08-2023, I ordered a full set of seat covers for my 2023 ****** 4Runner Limited (invoice number 554748U). I received the order about 10 days after I placed the order. A week after I received the order, I got into a motorcycle accident where I spent almost a month in the hospital. A week after getting discharged from the hospital I tried to install the seat covers on my 4Runner and they did not fit, too small. I have tried numerous times to contact your customer support representative with negative results. I have sent numerous emails with no respond. Is there anything you can do for me? I have purchased seat covers from your company before with no problems at all. I would like to get refunded what I paid for. I can be reached at ***************** or via phone at ************.               I submitted an order for custom seat covers, and specified the vehicle year make and model. The invoice was correct in noting this information; however, when the seat covers finally arrivedthey were not correctly made for the vehicle at all. They are also not up to the same quality and visual appearance represented on the website. I have attempted to reach out to this company on numerous occasions through their website, information, emails and telephone numbers. I have left voicemails as well. All attempts to make contact and receive return shipping information and a full refund has been completely ignored or disregarded by the company.

Was told there was a slight delay due to material was out temporarily and would ship that week . The order didn't ship so called them back and was told it had shipped , yet I didn't receive an email or tracking info . . I called again on 9/20/2023 and was given run around that they were shipped . Again no email or tracking info . customer service was confusing & rude . I asked customer service to either ship that day or refund my money . I became angry & **************** hung up on me . I want the order or my money back . Thank you .

              Order seat covers for a 97 Toy 4 Runner Sport SR5 in August. The ones I received do not fit the vehicle . Tried to contact company via email and voicemail. No response .

              I ordered seat covers for my car in the amount of $513.60. No where in the order did it state they were "custom order". When I received them, I was unhappy with them and returned them. I was aware of a $20 restocking fee, which would give me a refund of $493.60; however, I received a refund of only $436.56. I contacted ************************* via email who explained to me that the difference is because it was a "custom order". I explained to him at least in two (2) emails that I was never made aware during the ordering process that these were a "custom order" and that the $20 restocking and a 20% fee would be deducted from my order - I had NO idea it was a "custom order". I have asked at least three (3) times for my remaining $57.04 to be refunded, and now I am not getting any response from Seat Covers Unlimited or *************************. I am requesting my $57.04, and at this point, I feel I should also get the full restocking fee refunded of $20, for a total of $77.04 refunded, due to their lack of response and my hassle of trying to get my refund.

              I ordered custom seat covers for a truck and paid almost $500 for them. I received them but one did not fit and doesnt work where it should (its too small and covers the handle that allows the seat back to be raised and lowered). The company claimed to guarantee that they would fit. Ive called them numerous times and left messages (no one answers the phone nor returns my calls) and emailed them twice. The second time my email was returned as undeliverable. Since they refuse to stand by their guarantee nor even return my calls/emails I think Ive been scammed. Can you help?

              -ordered on May 7th (invoice # S-4296TM), received on May 27th, opened the box on June 3rd and the product was totally wrong and missing items (2 headrest covers, and lid cover)-sent their customer service email a message on June 5th with pictures of the product received along with pictures of the advertised product on their website which were clearly not the same -have attempted to call customer service phone number many times during normal business hours with no one picking up and left a voice-mail -the invoice states "no refunds or exchanges on custom, full custom, or tailor made merchandise" which I could've accepted if I received what I ordered. Also, they consider all of their seat covers tailor made, so this policy is outrageous and gives no recourse to the customer. -My question is are they ducking my calls based on this ridiculous policy or do they literally have no customer service reps ******** M-F? -I've uploaded pics of all I received along with pics of the advertised product from their website. Obviously couldn't upload pics of the missing items...
