The material is good but the manufacturing of them is not good resulting in a poor fit. If you have headrests they expect you to cut holes in the top of cover for the protrusions leaving an unstitched edge that will fray over time .I had to dispute the charge to get a refund as they would not give me one .

Never got my order. Never got a call back. Never got my money back.

Ordered a set of seat covers for my new truck. They were advertised as having 3/8" foam for "added comfort fit and durability". The foam is 1/4" at best. I sent an email and got a phone call back very fast.The guy on the customer service side was rude, and argumentative with me. He tried everything except explaining to me why the advertisement was false. When he said he will have them check this in production I told him all he had to do was open the attachments i sent with a tape measure showing what I was talking about. He said he wasn't very good with computers. I told him if they have 3/8" in the adds they need to have 3/8" on their product. Long story short, that guy needed to be washing the toilets and not dealing with customers. The seat covers look good and look like they will fit. All I wanted to do was get them to do truth in advertising.

Is it possible to give 0 stars. Never got my product. Never got my money back. Stopped responding to my emails. Horrible

I ordered covers for my wifes car put all the information in, placed the order. I was patient, and waited they came. Nice covers, I go to install and they sent the wrong backseat cover. That when the trouble started. I called they were nice trued to help, they wanted pictures of the backseat, covers to make sure. I sent all the information they wanted and said that they didnt have the pattern for that backseat even though you can pick it the site. I called and called said they were going to talk to there design team. So I gave them a few days and they never called back. I texted and called and got no answer from anyone. Finally I sent another text saying I just wanted to send them back and get a refund still havent heard anything, Filled a complaint with my credit company. Just to let people know dont do business here. Plus Im probably out ****** for a present for my wife.

My son ordered me seatcovers for my birthday on May 1st. Two weeks went by with no covers. I called and they told me that they didn't have the right color. I switched the color and they said again it would be another two weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and no word so I called again. Same story!!! I told them I want his money refunded within one week. What a lousy business.

A bought a set of Seat Covers Unlimited covers for my 2018 ****** Tundra. They came with no instructions whatsoever. The instructions on their web site are for seat covers that are completely different from mine. When I called the company, "****" said they should have some with instructions. When I asked him to send me a copy, he said they should be self-explanatory! I did manage to guess my way through the installation of one seat bottom and when I tried to tighten the straps, the cheap plastic buckle broke. As ***********, they are loose and baggy. They refuse to take the seat covers back because they are "totally custom". Really? ****** has sold over ****** of the 2014-2021 Tundra body style. It's not like they had to send an upholsterer to my house to take custom measurements. Seat Covers Unlimited sells a cheaply made product, their marketing materials are riddled with falsehoods and their customer service is awful. Don't buy their products.

THESE ARE NOT CUSTOM SEAT COVERS AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR CLAIMS.DO NOT BUY THEM!!!!!They sell these as "custom" and, as a result, refuse to refund for any reason. I ordered a set for my 2012 ****** Outback. This car has a flap behind the front seats that runs from the seat back down and under the seat bottom. It covers things like the side air bag wiring. The way the seat back cover is designed requires you to pull Velcro straps down from the back of the cover and attach them to the tabs that are tucked-in from the front. Well, with this flap in place you cannot do that. Cutting off the seat flap would require an alteration to the original seats and expose a very sensitive wire. THIS IS NOT CUSTOM! They told me to send the back portion of the "custom" seat cover to them, at my cost, and include a diagram of the flap and they would see what they can do. SERIOUSLY? I am being asked to help them, at my cost, to re-design a seat cover that they claim is custom?THEY LIE WHEN THEY SAY THESE ARE CUSTOM AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY.

This company was horrible to work with. Very poor communication. The products are overpriced, and the quality is low. While they did try to rectify the issues of the product I ordered, by the time they had got back to me to try and fix the problem, I had already bought and received better looking, higher quality, and less expensive seat covers. All while the "custom" covers I got still don't fit. And their is no return policy too, buyers beware!

1.0 star rating 10/30/2021 Buyer beware! I placed order for pickup bench seat cover 8/30 And was told at that time orders were taking some time but I could expect mine to ship 10/18 - 10/20 And I would be notified when shipped. Eight weeks, Ok, so be it. 10/22 having not heard I called to inquire of status. I was prompted to leave message and to expect a return call in ***** hrs. Two days later I did receive a call back and was told it was taking longer than expected due to material (horse blanket fabric?) being difficult to work with and it would be at least another another week +. Having been told that I expressed my disappointment. Apparently the person I spoke to took exception to my displeasure At having to wait two months. Consequently in two days I received notice from ***** that shipment was on the way, great. That is until I received the cover. Not only was it shoddy workmanship to say the least it was incomplete. They had apparently just wrapped up my cover and sent it unfinished. There was a large gapping hole at the center armrest location. In other words totally useless. I have reached out to this company to no avail. They will not respond. So much for customer service.
