Apr 14, I bought a deck of tarot cards & 20 incense sticks from My Darling Dragon. ********** were not in ****** *** was told it would take 3 days to make ***** *** could pick them up. When I went back to the store Apr 19, I was told ********** weren't ready, & my info was taken so they could be mailed to me. Apr 29, I called & was told the store had moved, and the box with my order lost. They told me they would remake them and send them to me that week. May 27, I called as I still hadn't received my order. I was told the original box was found crushed, ********** had been remade, & the order would go out that day along with some other items for being so patient. I said I didn't want them; I only want what I bought and paid for. On Jun 5, the order still had not arrived. I messaged the store via ********* a message they saw but didn't reply to. On Jun 13, I called the store & was sent straight to voice mail. I told them that if I hadn't received my original order, or ******************************************************** a refund of my money by Sat 6/18, I would be contacting the BBB to file a complaint. They never responded, nothing was shipped, & no refund has been issued as of the time of this filing.Customer response

Hello,
I never heard from the company after filing my complaint with you. In fact, I contacted you only after they stopped responding to my attempts to contact them, as stated in my complaint.
However, I learned I still had time to dispute the charge through my bank, and they performed a chargeback and got me my money back. I consider this issue now closed.
