8, April 2022 I hired this company to clean my home. I had hired them twice before. The first experience was good, so I had them come back. It was a bad experience. I paid for the services and discussed the issue with the owner. She explained that the girl was new and had been let go and offered a discount for my next service. I had her scheduled for Friday April 8th at 830 am. 2 girls to clean 5 rooms floors and half bath. It took them 6 hours so basically I was charged 12 hours at $40 an hour. O contacted the owner with my issues and provided photos, offered her to come to my house and see for herself as to the work that wasn't done. She called me a liar and has since been attacking me and my daughter and nanny for the review they left on her ******** page. She has been texting me nonstop up until 5 am this morning 13, April 2022. She found a family members business page and has left horrible reviews on it, which she absolutely has nothing to do with it. She posted my personal information on ******** stating that she was going to continue to harass me until I paid her. I asked her for a itemized invoice of services. I told her to not contact me again and I would be contacting my attorney.Business response

11/23 ******** had her first scheduled cleaning with us under the name *****************************. Rate was $35 ph per cleaning lady. Her total was $210. 12/23 she had her 2nd clean. on 12/27/21 she reached out to me she's not as happy with this cleaning. I offered her a $40 discount on her next cleaning. 4/22/22 she reached out again. this time under the name ******** but from the same FB.. I ?'d who she was as the name I had on file (********) did not match. She clarified she was previously ***************************** and same address. She was informed our new rates are $40 ph per cleaning lady and agreed. She was also given the $40 discount from Dec. on 4/8/22 2 ladies came to clean for her. The total combined ten hours for the 2 ladies was $400.I only charged her the $35 ph per cleaning lady and subtracted the $40 discount bringing total to $310.. I gave her $90 in discounts prior to even hearing she was upset with the cleaning. On 4/11 I reached out to her for payment. This is when she made her claims that she was not happy again. She sent me some pictures that very well could have been taken anytime over the weekend. I spoke with my cleaning team. ******** said to me on ********** pics in images ).Note: hourly rates do not necessarily mean the whole house will be cleaned. We clean what we can in the time frame the client wants. The condition of her home was nearly inhabitable. We did all the cleaning we could do in the time given. If she wanted more time she would have had to allow us more time.You will see n the images she agreed to pay HOWEVER, payment has not been received. Since then she has posted fake ********** ads for free puppies with my phone number attached, posts to REDDIT with my phone number attached and she has sent numerous texts from different phone numbers. images attached. She has continually harassed me and my business. It is apparent she uses different names to scam and get "free" services. My team worked for 10 man hours and she didn't pay

I hired this company to come do an initial clean at my home on October 4, 2021. This was for a whole house clean, kitchen, bathrooms, dusting, floors etc. I was told it would be $225 for the initial clean and $175 biweekly for continued services. The girls that showed up were very sweet, but upon hearing their conversation I learned that they had never met before meeting at my house, and one of them was only on her third day with the company. As they cleaned I learned they were providing their own cleaning supplies, including their own vacuums. I work from home so I here but was too busy to check everything after they said they were done. Based on the length of time they were here, how hard they worked and how sweet they were, I tipped them each $25. However, later my daughters went into their bathroom and came out and told me their toilet was **** inside and it looked weird. I shrugged it off assuming it was just whatever cleaning product they used and that it would go away, but then we noticed the same thing in our downstairs toilet. After scrubbing them ourselves both toilets were clearly damaged by whatever was used to scrub them. I reached out to the company and was told they had used a drywall srubber (picture attached). Two of my toilets are permanently damaged (Pictures attached). The owner did nothing to try to make up for the damage and I made payment in full for the service.
