            August 5, I called Geeks Plug also goes by Geeks to You. I spoke with ****** regarding my laptop problem. It was dropped got a dent on the casing but still worked. I was quoted $99.99 for diagnostic. Repair and parts prices varied but they don't charge more than $300,00 to fix a computer. According to ****** any more money, you should by another computer. Sounded fair I booked an appointment right then for Aug 6. The Technician would be between 11:00 and 3:00. No show, no call. I contacted ****** his tech was still tied up on a previous job. It was Aug,.7 when ************************* showed up. My laptop was not broken. ****** the tech, typed in update Window 10, that was all it needed. I told ****** I had cash he was fine with it . I paid $100,00 cash. ****** emailed me a receipt . ****** wanted my **** insisted I use it I checked my account $399,99 was withdrawn. I called ******, I got a lot of fast talk He was to talk with billing and call back. No call.back.

            DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They ruined my computer and it's still broken. have an **** touch screen with a broken screen and they told me they could do it. when the kid came he used glue, the screen was NOT in and the touch screen didn't work. I called and complained some guy came and took my computer. They had it for a month, when I called them on it they told me they had to re-order the part. less than a week later they called me saying it was ready. The guy came today the first thing I noticed was a CRACKED SEEN in the corner I said you guys cracked this he said well it's not going to be perfect like a brand new one.THEN WHAT DID I PAY YOU FOR! when I turned it on the touch screen still did not work and he had to stay to fix that and then he was going to try and have me pay for that. I would not trust these guys with your computer go somewhere else and save yourself a headace. I still have a cracked screen I paid to be replaced and my computer looks like crap!
