I have been using their service due to a court order. I have been trying to get my last class finished for the last 2 weeks. They assigned a case manager but they never seem to return my calls, although, today(9/28/2023) I finally did get a call back, only for her to talk over me, tell me she hated her job and wanted to quit and when was asked not to talk over me, she hung up. I have already done 9 out of 10 of the required classes. I have reached out to them and they don't seem to have any intention to solve my issue in a timely manner. I was actually told that my classes would more that likely be cancelled again. They have show no professionalism and according to their own employee, I am not the only one complaining. Their reviews are currently at 1.7 stars on ******* I did not know who else to turn to so I thought I would file with the BBB. To the person reading this, thank you for your time.Initial Complaint

Family court instructed me to have an evaluation from this company, first issue, it took over a month for them to even get back to me, their first question when I finally did was if I had ******* ACCCHS free insurance, when I said no, the woman basically said we can't help you and hung up. The second person I interacted with asked for documentation from court that I do not have as I am not a parolee, then she proceeded to hang up on me. I finally got ahold of a supervisor and explained my situation, and explained that just because I'm not on free insurance, doesn't mean I cannot pay for services you just cannot milk to state insurance. She finally looked into my situation again (mind you this is already weeks into trying to schedule this) and then tells me they have no availability for weeks, keep in mind, every minute they waste is time I do not get with my children and my case is also no a time limit with court or I have to refile. I am told it will be $240 for an intake that will take two-three hours. This "therapist" virtually calls me, and the first questions out of her mouth are what is my income, and when I mention making six figures a year, suddenly this intake goes from being several hours that I paid for, to less than 45 minutes, she did not take any of my documentation into consideration at all, I have already completed years of therapy on my own, and have been sober for over a year, and instead I am being seen as a paycheck, and assigned 10 weeks of alcohol therapy. I have asked repeatedly for an explanation for findings, and a refund for the several hours I have paid for for the intake I wasn't even given and have been completely ignored by this company. But yet the billing department answers on the first ring eager to take my money for the group therapy I was assigned without even being asked when works for me, so now I have to miss work to go, because no one will answer, I want the Family court aware of what a scam this place is.Initial Complaint

This counseling program is marketed for one's personal well being. I was kicked out made fun of laughed at by peers and staff. I've showed up and followed directions to a T! Because I haven't been their I knocked on the incorrect door until I found the correct door to be tur.ed away over being a minute late, even though I was on time I was just lost management told me to leave. Another time I was checked in, but another employee made me go get my ID in my car after them already have n seen it and in there system. On my way back inside they locked the door looking at me as I parked facing there front glass doors. virtual call kicked me having me on hold for 40 min telling me I'm late and marked me absent. The following class I was laughed at, I gave my respectful opinion about a topic of peers choice and was hung up on and kicked out of the program. ***** responded 5 time in a row theres nothing else he could do for me laughing at me while saying it. I was given no warning and asked for help I n got zero help. I asked what should I do to do better and they said nothing.Initial Complaint

This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. The admissions staff talks down to you in a belittling manner. Particularly ******** is absolutely insensitive and unprofessional to people needing help. She actually had the nerve to laugh at me over the phone in regards to my situation. Now they are refusing to refund my money in the amount of $240.00 because I was promised individuals therapy if I didn't like group therapy. I have anxiety and they know this from my intake. So I opted out of group and decided to be put on the waiting list for individual therapy due to my anxiety disorder. Now they are telling me I don't qualify for individual therapy. "Individual therapy is only for people with communication issues such as language barriers" is what they told me. I was very addiment from the beginning about not wanting group. Yet I let them convince me to try it. Despite the therapist promising to get me into individual therapy if I didn't like group, they denied me individual therapy and now refuse to refund my money claiming I completed the intake. Well during the intake I was lied to by the therapist. he promised me he could get me into individuals therapy if I didn't like group. Then afterwards the therapist actually lied and denied he promised me individual therapy if I didn't like group. So they treat you poorly, steal your money and lie to you or lie about their promises. I have sought legal action against them to recover my fees. I have MetLife prepaid legal. I contacted an attorney that I've used in the past. I'm waiting for them to get back to me by Monday. I'm also going to be filing a complaint with the Family Court who recommended them in the first place to save money. Ill also be contacting the State AG office and filing a complaint.
