I had multiple screws fall out of both of my knives 3 days after receiving them despite not touching the screws and I cannot find them anywhere... I would like a replacement or a refundInitial Complaint

I purchased a new knife from Raven Crest that arrived on 1/5/24. The order total was $172.79 for two knives, the *** $149 and pop up for ****, the rest is shipping and tax. The *** is the knife with the issue, it arrived in poor working order and broke after one day. This is an automatic knife, it opens and closes with the movement of a slide button. When it first arrived it was very difficult to open and close, after doing that about 10 times it stopped deploying and is broken. I tried reaching the business with no response and for a knife of $150 I would expect it to last more than just cycling it a few times. They owe me a full refund (shipping included) and I will ship it back in a prepaid envelope. I find it unreasonable to ship a broken and defective product and refuse to respond and fully resolve the issue
