      On 10-18-2024 at the request of Aspen Dental I returned my lower partial dentures that I was having issues with. They were returned to *************************** Aspen Dental office manager at the ******** location. Aspen Dental keeps insisting that they have provided my insurance Delta Dental a refund back on 12/20/2023. However, As of today, 04-19-2024 Delta Dental haven't received the refund despite numerous calls.This refund that has not yet been received by Delta Dental is causing issues regarding payment to my current dentist, *****************************. I really need your assistance to resolve this issues, please. I'd be very grateful for your time.

      I am an aspen dental client in ******* and have been working in ******* the past year. I called the ******** clinic to replace a filling that came out. They claimed they couldnt find my records but they could find my account and they would have to perform a ****************** and care plan before I could be seen for my filling that came out. I called my clinic in ******* and they sent me the files. I called them after all that effort and they found my files. Now they changed their spiel to say they still had to re do all the screening and charge me all over again. What I learned is they were trying to scam me into paying for the screening services all over no matter if I provided them with records or not. They want to scam people into paying for their screening services or using up their insurance allowance despite them having the required records.

      aspen dental on ************************************************ billed ** over ****** of antibiotics put in my husbands mouth that he was not advised of nor was covered by delta dental insurance. this is an abuse of elderly and is unacceptable- we refuse to pay for this and want them reported.

      Aspen dental. Made my lower dentures. Terrible, they don't fit and they are crooked. Don't come close to matching top plate. Call them and call corporate office. They said they would call back ************************** 3 days. They said before I left office come back in 2 weeks for a adjustment. These are made so badly. They need be remade. But they want me to **** them anyway. They are ugly and painful to ****.

      My son was seen by Aspen Dental at ************************************************************ on 8/27/21. This was for a cleaning and to fill a chipped front tooth. The next day the filling in his front tooth came out. When I called, the office said it was not guaranteed and that he could never bite into any food again. That was $301. We immediately went to ************************* in *********************** ** who filled his front tooth and guaranteed it for 1 year. He has had no issues since. I cannot get this resolved but its obvious they dont know what to do when it comes to fixing a chipped tooth. They wanted to put a crown on it! For a small chip!

      When appointment was made for cleaning only,when I got there they refused to clean my teeth and wanted to do other things i said that isnt what my appointment was for they refuse to clean my teeth.Manage said no charge to receptionist when I was leaving .now I see that theres $136 on my credit report never received a **** never heard from them again I had to go to another Dentis that week which they did do the cleaning $45. I want this taken off my credit report ASAP as Im trying to buy a house since they did no work there should be no **** definitely not at the credit bureau

      I was quoted **** for ALL my dental work to be completed. I have 2 insurance policies and was told they pay VERY well. After weeks of waiting for scheduling only a VERY EXPENSIVE cleaning was completed and a root canal and crown. I was to have A LOT MORE work according to my first visit. When I leaned it would be **** for just work that HAD been done I stopped any other work. I was given a very expensive tooth brush and told it was covered. Medicines during the cleaning that were not covered but told they were. It has been over a month since I've been there. They will not refund the money I've paid for work that will not be done.
