Sept 21, ***** contact was made with ********************* of Ameriglide (*****.*****@amerglide, ************) and set up payment of $13,909 transferred directly from my bank to Ameriglide. Was told lift would be delivered within 60 and that a receipt would be sent to me with the name of my son-in-law on the receipt (****************) as the lift is being installed on his property. Receipt was received with no tracking number. Contacted ***** several times and my contractor ***************************** contacted ***** as well continually requesting a tracking number. October 21, I contacted ***** again and left a message which was not returned. That evening I sent a request for refund and cancellation of order. Oct. 22nd ***** calls and says company had been waiting on parts and lift is only about a couple of weeks for delivery but he didn't have a tracking number, I advised ***** not having a tracking # means he has no idea when the lift would be delivered and I wanted a refund. I complained of multiple messages left with him and minimal amount of calls being returned to both ***** and I. I want full refund of $13,909 without cancelation fee since no product had been delivered.
