location, ********************************************* On Friday, January 6, 2023 at approx 4:17pm. I paid for my 4 children to get into facility, $80.54. I dealt with 2 of your employees, one by the name: ********************** (manager) and the second one was a cashier. After entering into the gates i took my children in and came back to inform your employee (cashier) that i needed to get baby inside also. She said no that i would not be able to leave. Manager- ******* then came out and informed no I could not go out and if i did then i would have to take my children and leave. I informed i just paid and entered in but if that was the case then i would gladly leave. I asked manager- ******* for a refund since i wouldn't be staying. She said no she wouldn't help me. I asked to speak with her manager she said, i am the manager and I have no boss, no one will help you, then laughed. After getting no help from either employee and i exited to get my baby. Immediately i came back with my baby i asked to be let back in to where my children were playing. Again both rude employees laughed, said no you cannot come back in. I said please let me in my children are inside, but they refused and laughed again. So i entered facility again without help. I went inside, sat down and stayed to myself. Shortly after your two employees had called the police. An officer entered in to talk to me, informed i did nothing wrong and apologized for how i had been treated, said this was just a very immature situation. He informed that your 2 employees forced me to leave for reason i have no idea and nor did he. without question i got up with my 5 children as they were extremely upset and crying and we left. I was humiliated this was the most unprofessional situation I have experienced. I understand you hire younger aged employees but for them to be rude, no help, unprofessional. I was bullied and laughed at when i needed help. Such immaturity, horrible experience that has impacted mine and my children's lives.Initial Complaint

We had our daughters birthday party on May 7th at the ******* location of Kids Empire. Our experience was not the best, we barely had a party host and my husband had to get the drinks and gifts bags as well as helping me set up the decorations and getting the balloons. We paid just under $500 to have these services provided and to top it off we never received one of our pizza boxes for the party. we had 3 out of 4, and as far as I'm aware, we paid for 4 not 3 pizza boxes.We spoke to the children/ staff running the place and were told to email or wait for the reimbursement because it was notated on the account. It has been 3.5 weeks and I never received the reimbursement. I'm not happy and will definitely never go back. I'm hoping to hear back from someone as I was told that at the locations, no one can do anything about it because they are all kids. I have emailed them and was told someone would get back to me & still no solution. this is very frustrating. I hope BBB can help me get the reimbursement I was told.Initial Complaint

I contacted Kids Empire corporate about my concerns about the party I had for my son at their ********, ******* location on Saturday, March 12,2022 at 10:30. Their response was less than adequate in addressing my concerns which had to do with: not having employees to staff the party I paid for, the party only lasting 2 hours instead of 3 as stated in their website due to their lack of employees and overbooking. There are no managers to talk to at the ******** location and I was directed to talk to corporate to address my concerns. Ive attached my original email to them on 3/22/22, their response that I received just today (April 7)and documents to support my concerns including a photograph of what I described in my original email to them.
