Untrustworthy Mesa store. I was told the couches are made in *******, got the couches- label=made in ******. I was told "no toxic materials/chemicals" lables on couches-Polyurethane foam. Is toxic. Before buying couches I asked how they come? Told "wrapped in plastic" NOT. New couches come cramped in dirty truck. See after- legs scratched, oily feeling stain-back cushion, fabric under couch unstapled. In August when buying, 2 women checking us out said ****** was on sale-"He helped us last time we were here"-HE CLAIMS. No, did not help. We had been in prior, no help.He got 1/2 sale, never helped ever. He did talk when I called to complain about all issues. He gave us run around many times, "call this number", "I'll call you tmrw" "maybe return couches", "get new couch", "get a 10% refund". No follow thru with "offerings", went on since day we got couches call-wait-no info/outcome. Delivered November- LONG RUN AROUND! Manager ******* or *****? (told these names by different people, don't remember name-spoke once) No help, doesn't care - rude, condescending. I mentioned being mislead about where couches made/made of (was told La-z boy made "here in *******", "all non- toxic materials"). Manager said, "YES! couches are made in *******, NORTH AMERICA!" He kept repeating, ignoring the fact that we all know where ???? is. His response about toxic foam was all furniture has polyurethane foam- NON-TOXIC FURNITURE DOES NOT USE POLYURETHANE FOAM. This is false advertising and getting pushed off. Since oily mystery stain on the cushion, had to buy Bissell -cleaned, left fuzzy fabric. Talking to the manager, I mentioned that ever since couches came my son has had respiratory issues. (It's a fact), he said no he's not. This store is privately owned, they can make up their own rules, do not follow la z boy regulations. Can tell that by all the false info. Now, I'm not "allowed" to call the store or go to store. How convenient. Still waiting on a resolution, a call from someone.
