INCREDIBLE Company, Highly recommend. Superior service, response time, & repair technicians.I cannot say enough about how happy I am with their level of service. My garage door was stuck open the day before Christmas & the owner answered the phone! He had his repairmen out within the hour. Everyone I dealt with was kind & courteous. The entire job, from diagnosis to completed repair/install was done within an hour. They provided the highest level of service one can receive when requesting service from a company. I had a problem with my garage door and called a few other BBB listed companies. I was hoping to get it resolved the same day. One was able to come out two days in the future, and, I'm positive that they were good. However, I called JT's Overhead and they were able to come out the same day. **'s charged nothing for the service call and JT, I guess ** the third and his assistant were thorough, transparent about the prices and what they were going to do. In addition, they offered a longer than normal warranty on their work.Will I refer JT's Overhead Doors, LLC to other homeowners and businesses? You better believe I will!!!Review from James L.

JT's has put up 2 door openers for me this year. Communication is promo and the service is quick and efficient. Quality of the equipment is top notch.

JT's Overhead Doors is an amazing company. So honest, hardworking and dependable. I found JT's company on Thumbtack on a Saturday afternoon and responded within minutes. His customer service is impeccable! He came over on Wednesday evening to reprogram my garage door from a mistake I had made. I couldn't believe he made house calls after hours. JTS Overhead Doors arrived less than an hour after contacting them. They repaired the garage door back to original working condition quickly and even replaced my external remote opener for free! Call them.JT's Overhead Doors LLC Response
