I would give ZERO star if that was an option.Charged me over $10,000.00 to repair sheeting on ONE side of MH, only 25 feet. One year later it is FAILING and entire work has to be re-done at considerable cost. They are complete scammers!!

      08/09/2024

Hello. I think there may be some confusion. After checking your file we did do substantial work for you but it was not sheeting. Per our contract with you dated 11/18/22 we repaired 10 square feet of subfloor, installed 20 ****** technology brand outriggers to your foundation, adjusted the foundation, and repaired your corrugated perimeter wall and back filled it.Furthermore, according to our records, on Monday April 18 of this year you were called by our company to perform a free warranty check on this work and you actively declined it. We stand behind our work and warranties but you declined our attempt to do a warranty check. We respectfully caution you against having work redone by another contractor if you decline your free warranty checks with us as they may have motives that are not in your best interest if your work is already under warranty. If youd like to discuss this or schedule your free warranty check please email us directly at ******************

Rescheduled the appointment twice. Then sent out a salesman name *****. Told him that I needed some simple plumbing work. He didn't listen at all. He quoted prices on stuff I never asked for. Toilet repair would of been more then buying a new one. Tried to charge $2400 to do a leveling. When I said his quote was ridiculous he got on the phone with someone then offered $10 off. The original quote was $9000 . Please be careful if you call them.

Hello. After looking through your file it shows you called in about a slow draining tub, a toilet that keeps running, and wanting your level to be checked. We typically do not offer a single quote, rather we offer options typically in a good, better, best format at different price points with different solutions for the customer to choose from. This is likely why in your review you are stating two drastically different prices. Please also understand our company offers solutions that dont just address problems, but also the cause of the problems and how to prevent them in the future. This is why some prices can be higher than others and why we give options. Finally we offer a price beat guarantee. We guarantee to beat apples to apples quotes with properly licensed, insured mobile home experts. Hopefully this helps clear up any confusion.

A man came to my house to give me an estimate to level. He gave me three quotes all being in the thousands. The 3rd quote was $7800 to do the job right. The 1st quote was between 2-3 thousand but that would only take care of 1/4 of my underneath. When I told him his prices were to exteme, I could tell he was not happy and seemed ******. Seriously $$$$$$$$$$$$

After reviewing your file we have found that you received a free estimate from our owner on 4/14/2023, roughly six months prior to you writing this review. Our company typically structures our estimates in a "good, better best" format. Best being a "Cadillac", or maxim work that could be done, Good being the minimum work needed to see any meaningful and lasting change in the level of the home based off of codes, engineering, and your specific issues; and the better option being a middle of the road option. To say that the **** option you were given was to do the job right is a misrepresentation of what occurred. After looking up your file in our CRM it was found that you had soil compaction issues that were documented by pictures that were date time and GPS stamped to your home specific location. This was referenced to you based off of the Arizona ********** of ***** Building, and ******************* of ************ housing, Foundation and Piers guide, Page 7, where it states "Pads and piers cannot be placed on uncompacted soil. Soil cannot be loosely piled up under the pads and supports."The engineering of your foundations footings require a certain soil compaction rating in order for the home to actually be leveled and remain level. The minimum option that was given to you was for $2,831 to disassemble 25 of your foundation piers, set and hand tamp 25 class two bases to compact your soil, reset the 25 foundation piers, and then ******* your house. For us to feel confident in doing this job correctly for you, this was what we would have required. You of course always have the right to choose your contractor and have them do what ever quality of work they feel is right. We just choose to go by the codes, engineering, and guidebooks. If you have any other questions about the estimate or would like us to clarify anything else for you, you can always give us a call.

The customer service is below par. Just even calling on the phone was a bad experience. If you even mention the word insurance, they refuse to even give you an estimate and them try to shame you for making an insurance claim. I called to see if it would make sense to just pay out of pocket instead of a claim and then because I said that, they refused to even give me an estimate. That made me realize this was a shady company at some point. Then the lady said, you will find no one to help you if you tell them you may be making an insurance claim. I hung up and scheduled two companies. Apparently they aren't smart on top of it all.

We are sorry you feel your experience with us was not to your liking. Please understand that we have to be very specific and clear that we do not work with insurance companies. This is even stated on our website as a SPECIFIC condition for a free estimate. Offering free estimates comes at a significant cost to the company and is a calculated risk we are willing to take when we work directly with home owners. Once a third party is involved such as insurance companies, escrow, real estate agents etc., it alters our process in a way in which we can no longer operate efficiently. Please consider the fact that not all companies work with insurance, and we are one of those companies. That does not make us shady. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

I would give zero stars if I could. I went with this company to level my manufactured home because the reviews for their competitor were not good and several neighbors said the same. When the "estimator/salesman" came, he said he had only been with the company for three weeks. He went under the house and said the leveling would cost $1000. I was shocked. I showed him the small crack in the *** ceiling that runs where the two sides are joined together and the two floor moldings that had come apart in the MBath. Since the house had not been leveled for at least 7 years (previous owner said they had never done it in 6 years and I have been here less than a year) and this being my first MH experience, I said OK. Gave him $200 deposit and soon after I got a call to schedule for the following week between 8-9. When the crew had not arrived by 9:30, I called *** and he said they got hung up with a plumbing emergence and would come in the afternoon but instead I scheduled for the following week in the AM. The crew went under the house and used a water line level and said the house was not a bit off level but it did need "marriage clamps" because there was a gap in the seam. I was furious that the estimator did not see that when he went under the house but he must not have received proper training. The business model for this company is awful. They should charge a fee of say, $195 to send out someone who knows what they're doing and do a water line level test at that time. If the house is level then the job is done. If they find a different problem, then they can give a quote for that issue. I basically paid $1000 for NOTHING.

we are sorry your experience with our company was less than excellent. Please understand that everyone is new to a company at some point in their life. Your rep was only new to our company, not new to home improvement construction.Never the less, part of our process to ensure we are thorough is to send a ******* or senior installation technician to the installation of a job sold by a newer employee in case they miss anything. In this case, our processes worked. We identified an option that could have helped you stay in level longer, but what not required for the basic level itself. The home was still adjusted for the original contract price so to say you got nothing is a misrepresentation of what occurred. In addition, we do offer home inspections including your foundation for a fee, which is applied to the price of any work you may choose to do with us. its just not our primary customer request as customer typically choose the free estimate coupon. The business model you are suggesting is the exact model of our competitor that all your neighbors dislike. I hope this helps clear things up for your. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

We scheduled an appointment for November and they missed our 1st appointment and had to wait for another month for the 2nd appointment. Had to have both wife and husband there which is ridiculous as we work and both are capable of reviewing and receiving a quote. Gentleman was very sour we had already began construction and proceeded to quote us a labor **** around $2500 for 6 hours of work to move HVAC ducts with us supplying the material. Several big name HVAC companies quoted between $650-850 for same job. They also told us lead time was 3-4 months out. I would get a 2nd or 3rd quote from another company before using these people as they are to expensive for people who want to save money and have a professional job done.

After looking in our files we cannot find a customer who matches your name. Furthermore, we do not quote jobs based on hours. For these reasons, we believe this review may be about an experience with a company other than ours.If you have any further details or questions please don't hesitate to contact.
