The shower glass installed by Pro Glass is defective and one of the hinges to the shower door was damaged during installation. Shower glass was installed in February 2022 after which it was communicated to them that the glass installed was defective. I received a message from Pro Glass that the replacement glass should be in the last week of March. On Tuesday May 31, 2022 Pro Glass replaced 1 defective pane of glass with a pane of glass that contains a chip. Other defective glass was buffed in attempt to correct the defect on that pane. Pro Glass was unable to alter the condition of the defective pane via buffing and just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The damaged hinge was not replaced. Currently, the shower glass is still defective and the hinge is still damaged and needing replacement.Business response

HI.. *****after looking at the file for Mr ************************ Proglass never enter in agreement with *************** The work and contract was made directly with ******* Masters.We do not have any responsibility with ***************************We contacted him today and explained to him that this was not our project and that he has to contact the correct company.
