My husbands windshield was replaced on May 9, 2023, by Safety Auto Glass in ****, ******* The windshield was not properly installed, and leaks water. It took 2 weeks for a different installer to arrive to reseal it. The windshield still leaks, and no one at the company will take action to remedy this problem.Initial Complaint

I got a call about this service offering a rebate. I was promised that i would receive a windshield and it be calibrated at my home in one visit. I had to take my vehicle 20 miles from my home to get calibrated. I asked if it would all be done at. my home was promised it would. I have left at least 20 messages for a manager to call me back, but apparently my business with them is not important enough to be satisfied. The rebate I was promised has not been delivered. On February 14th, Safety Auto Glass installed a windshield on my vehicle (2015 ***** Pilot). A few weeks later, I noticed the the weather stripping along the top of the windshield had come loose and was laying against the top of the vehicle with only about 2 inches still attached in the channel. On April 8th, I text ******************* about the issue because our primary communication had been text. She called me back in a few moments and told me she would have the scheduler call me that day because it was covered by warranty. I did not hear back. I text her back on April 12th and she did not respond. I received a text from her boss later on the 12th asking if Thursday the 14th would work. I responded that it would and then got no further response. I text both **** and her boss ***** again on the 13th and the 14th with no response. I then called **** on the 15th and they promised it would be fixed on Wednesday April 20th at noon. The installer never called or arrived. I called and text several times, all with promises to return calls and no actual return.
