      I ordered 50 hats and they came with the wrong patch on the front. I spent $1,200 on hats and they wont take these back and give me the right ones.

      Hello,

       

      I spoke with ****** after I received the BBB notice.  We resolved the issue and he is returning the hats to be corrected.

       

      When we spoke, he said he would be removing his complaint with the BBB.

       

      Please let me know if there is additional info needed.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      Ordered an item on 10/27/21 and paid $30.00 for 2nd day air shipping, which was scheduled to arrive 10/29. Item was delayed so i contacted ***************** The **** later identified as ******** threatened that if i did not talk to her over email differently, she would keep my money and refused to help me. ****** then proceeded to take my emails as personally offensive and began saying I would not get any money back. I told her that withholding money solely because she may have been triggered is illegal, and she started backtracking. I asked for a Supervisors contact information, and she then told me she was the supervisor and refused to give me any information as to why she was threating and discriminating against me for no reason. ****** kept on trying to coerce me saying she was a better person than me and i wouldnt get any money back. She then told me if my package did not arrive by 10/29/21, she would REFUND the ENTIRE order. ****** kept getting offended and kept lying to me now saying she would NOT refund my entire order like she said in the email, but only the shipping cost. She keeps on telling me she will help, then gets mad and uses her position to steal and coerce money from me. Now im out $72.46 because Branded Bills decided to steal from me, discriminate against my order because they caused an error, and not send my item.
