Nurse tried to administer diabetes medication twice.I am NOT diabetic. Roommate was loud and had visitors at all hours of the night.Suppository was given and I was left for over 8 hours laying in f**** because no one came when I rang bell.Airconditioning failed and was left in hot room for hours. Very unprofessional staff. They extended my stay for a blood transfusion that didn't happen. Not knowing I'd owe for 12 days at $203.

I recently interviewed and was hired by this company. During my interview, there were a lot of red flags that quickly raised my eyebrows in a negative way. My interviewer first asked me "tell me about myself" and upon telling him my demographics and job history he yelled out "oh thats too boring tell me something else" almost immediately i felt uncomfortable and disrespected due to his unprofessionalism mostly but also the fact someone in his position would say something so intentionally hurtful. Proceeding with the interview, he then made a comment saying 'I hope you have thick skin because here we talk about a person's race, gender, weight almost anything because we are like family here" he then proceeded to tell me they were recently joking and laughing calling some female employee who is hispanic and referring to them as "just a mexican" . This is clearly racism and discriminative on all aspects and should be reported. As this made me feel so uneasy and honestly shocked that a facility of this caliber would allow such behavior towards their employees which also raised my concern for the care of their current residents being cared for in this location. I myself did not take the position and immediately told someone about my experience and they advised me to contact BBB to make a keen and descriptive report against this company. In hopes that they would be not only reported but investigated for other reports made by previous employees or family members. No one should be forced to deal with this magnitude of disrespect for any amount of pay. To purposely disregard a human beings civil rights and verbally offend them for jokes is clearly harassment and needs to be investigated thoroughly and properly.
