This place is the worst. We've had 3 different property managers in the past year- ************************ and *************** 2 of them NEVER respond to you. You email and phone call and nothing. One of them was responsive, but basically just blows smoke up your you know what to make you think he's doing something. Our board must be in kahoots with this group because they think it's fine and normal for homeowners to put up with it. I'd give a zero if I could.Review from Frank C

I live in a beautiful community ************ community in north west ****. Ogden manages our community. Ogden has neglected to enforce HOA bi-laws and has turned our little quit neighborhood into a visual nightmare. Political sign being listed post election. Black Lives Matters and ant-semantic signs being posted in fron yards. Our medium home price is $850k. Dont let Ogden manage your neighborhood!!

Your concern has been noted. Please understand that the Community Manager must follow the enforcement policy set by your board of directors. This may take time to observe compliance since some owners ignore the notices and fines. It does not mean that the manager is not doing her job. She does not have the authority to physically remove the signs herself. She did share this information with you numerous times. If you have further questions regarding the enforcement policy, you may attend a board meeting and discuss your concerns with the board.Review from Doreen S

Absolutely the worst HOA!!! They do not enforce their CC&A's. The only thing that they are consistent about is collecting their fees every month. My housing area looks terrible! Weeds are out of control in my neighbor's yard, garage cans left out for days. I have written a letter to the "manager" of this area and got absolutely no response. What is their purpose? Why do I pay an HOA fee every month? Questions that remain unanswered. I would love any information on how and to whom I can report them to.Review from Alma I G

I received a violation letter in the mail on 9/24/21 with the the date of 9/17/21 from Ogden and company. From ****** ranch ***. The violation fee was $150 for repairing a vehicle. The picture included shows my garage door open and someone sitting on the floor not near any vehicle. No vehicle has the hood open. The picture was taken by my neighbor who has many times came to my property to argue about nonsense. I cant believe a fee was issued with a picture that shows nothing at all but a garage door open. I am so surprised and this is so ridiculous.Ogden & Company Inc West Response

Dear Homeowner,I reviewed your account and found that you had been notified of this violation on 4 separate occasions, 6/24/20, 8/10/21, 8/18/21, and 9/17/21. The violation is for working on vehicles in your driveway and/or garage. I also noted that you had responded to the manager after the notice on 8/10/21, so you have been fully aware of the violation before the fine was imposed. Please refer to the community documents for the rules and regulations for the community. The manager is required to enforce the documents and works under the direction of the board of directors. If you would like to dispute the fine, please send your request in writing to the manager. The manager will forward your request to the board for review. Thank you.
