    We contacted these guys to set up a date and time to meet to get a quote to maintain our yard. The agreed upon meeting came and went with no sign of them even though we were home to meet them. Their quote then shows up electronically and because they were the cheapest we agreed to engage them (you know where this is going now). With no follow up from them, we received an email a few days later saying they were going to start service that day. We were out of town and wanted to be there on their first visit so we responded to that email AND left a voicemail asking to delay the start until we got back. That night we received an invoice for that day's work and it was labeled "past due." When we got back home, it was obvious they had not even been here. We talked to ***** about the bumpy start. He insisted that they had been here and asked for another chance to get things right. The service has now been completed and big surprise, it's the worst landscape maintenance job we've had in 25 years of paying people to do it. *****'s solution now is to pay them more and they will do a better job. Strange though because we've paid them the amount they quoted us.....

    We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience, we explained to you over the phone that you were only signing up for maintenance and that it would take several services and that we would do the yard in sections. We waived charging you a 300 dollar cleanup fee for this reason. The guys go an complete a service and you were not entirely satisfied so we waived that first service for you as well and came back again. Again you weren't satisfied again we explained that we will need to come in and charge the entire cleanup price then since doing the yard in sections over 2 months to save you money was not working out. We then discussed with you again that we will need to come in to do a major cleanup first so we can get the yard to a manageable place you then hung up the phone on us and wouldn't answer another call. Our guys went above and beyond what we charged you for the service and refunded one of them. We thoroughly explained what needed to be done. We went above and beyond what we discussed. I hope you don't continue doing this to companies who try to work with you on your budget. You specifically went and looked for a cheap service then complained when you got cheap work. We explained what it would cost to do what you were looking for and were transparent from the start.
