I placed an online order for a wallet (order number *****) on 10th September. The package was to be delivered by the Royal Mail in ****** in October but the package was misplaced. When I contacted Royal Mail, they told me that I should contact the business and that they would send a replacement. I have sent multiple mails and tried to contact the business's Instagram account and phone number but received no response. From a small business, one expects better than average customer service but I have received none!Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I would like a replacement to be sent and I have sent a mail with details from ***************** (my new email) to **************************** with the subject 'Complaint on Better Business Bureau'.
