I'm 89 years old. Had a flyer from 24/7 Easy Moving Company that advertised $297 flate rate move. Called ** at the company about the week of Sept 16, 2021. Set up a pick up/move date for Sept 29, 2021 to move me 5 miles. ** told me I had to pay a "good faith deposit of $100 which would be deducted from the total. I paid with my credit card. On the day of the move they were hours late getting started. When move was completed (took apprx 2 hours 20 minutes) the movers wanted $446.00 plus $89.00 for wrapping material in cash only.... I paid it in cash. The next day I realized they did not deduct the $100 deposit from the total. Also it did not add up to what the coupon stated. After several attempts contact was made with ** who said they have a 3 hr minimum at $148 and hour.. (Bait and switch)... ** was told I wanted the $100 deposit refunded to me ASAP. He said he would send a check. 3 1/2 weeks have passed, no contact from ** (calls go to VM) and no check. I want my refund
