I ordered my items 2 Feb 2024, its now 6 April 2024. I understand they're having problems stocking items, but was told over 2 weeks ago everything would be shipped. I've tried contacting them numerous times either by voice-mail or email and no one is replying.Initial Complaint

On December 17 I placed an order. The order was for $23.95 I believe. I have tried reaching out to the company their voicemail is full. I have tried emailing the company with no avail. I would like my money reimbursed. I dont know how to make contact with this company. I dont know how to resolve this. Hopefully you guys can help me with this. Company forwarded package to an unknown address in **********, claims I did it myself. Company is lying and placing blame on customer. I do not reside in California, I have no idea who they gave my package to, but they are refusing responsibility and any form of solution. I demand my product be delivered to me as promised. The address very clearly listed on the order was *******************************************************.
