CertaPro painted the exterior of our home, and the job turned out well. The salesperson was easy to deal with and was accommodating as we worked out the details of the contract. The painters were friendly and receptive when overlooked items and areas were pointed out. One area of improvement would be the communication between the salesperson/management and the painters. The contract stated that Dry-Lock would be painted on the foundation, but I noticed that they were starting to paint without having put on the Dry-Lock. I had to point out the line item to the head painter and, to his credit, he ran out and bought Dry-Lock and painted the foundation. Later, I noticed that some areas that had been coated with foam from a previous roofing job had not been painted, even though it was listed to be done in the contract. Again, the painters corrected this; but in both cases it was clear that the painters had no idea what was in the contract. I would say that one could get a very good paint job using CertaPro, but there had better be someone keeping a close eye on progress or crucial items could be skipped.Review from Rob F

The whole experience was top-notch from start to finish. The owner did my home's estimate and offered options and suggestions for paint products. He reviewed the repairs to stucco and wood facings that would be completed. It was all scheduled quickly, and the job took two full days with a large crew. ***** supervised and was very informative and respectful throughout the entire job. **** stopped by daily to check the progress and any concerns we had. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the project. Highly recommend CertaPro of Mesa.Review from Roz F

They were very helpful with choices. They did follow up and touched up areas that required it (one was my mistake by touching an area not dry yet). I was able to alter what I originally wanted painted and they were very accommodating. There was a faucet (only a couple of months old) damaged during the job and they purchased a new one and replaced it. This was really above and beyond. I believe you will be happy choosing them for your painting requirements.
