Hired this company to perform a termite inspection for a pre-purchase analysis of a home prior to close of sale.They did the inspection on 4/12/23 and determined "no indication of termites existed". The sale was to be determined by a CLEAN TERMITE inspection report. They provided a final report stating no termites found. After close of escrow, I started moving into the property and approximately 6 days later I noticed large piles of termite droppings on both sides of the garage door frames. I notified the realtor about the damages and she in turn forwarded the information and pictures to the Atomic Termite company.It took them nearly 3 weeks to come out and spray a treatment on the damaged areas and I was told it had to sit fort a couple of weeks. They would then return and fix the damaged wood -up to $500 in repairs- I was told by ********************* the inspector.They dragged their feet about coming out to repair the damage. I checked the wood damage further and found out what wood dimensions the repair would require and notified the termite inspector *****. He finally set an appointment on June 6th to come and fix the damage @9am. He said he sent me a release request stating he was not responsible for hidden damage and said he would not do the work until I sent an email accepting that statement. I told him my email had been hacked and I did not get any email from him.. I also dont like signing away my consumer rights. I have dealt with termite companies before and they NEVER requested a waiver before fixing the termite damages to the structure.So after waiting for him to show up ( 2 hours after his appointment) I told him I am tired of chasing them for getting repairs done and I would handle it myself.They did a huge disservice of NOT providing an accurate report before close of escrow .which if I had known I would have negotiated the purchase price to cover damages to the home.Business response

They came out on Friday and sprayed around the garages and rocks in our complex the venue at Greyhawk. The man was parked right in front of my building in a fire zone spraying the rocks and around the garage is the next day I woke up and had blisters on my paint near the bottom of the car it was windy that day and I dont think he did it on purpose but my paint is round and blistered the clearcoat I called them to address this and the first man was very nice. The second man skip told me they would not do it that it cant happen and that unless I had a camera and a video of him they basically are not going to do anything about it. This is unsatisfactory I have called other companies including the department of agriculture and it seems like it is possible so I am filing a complaint against them .Business response

We talked to ************ and he let us know about is complaint.We then informed him that the chemicals that we use would not do this. We had one of our **** Reps speak with him also. We have not received any more communication from ************ on this matter. here...
