we hired Saiaf Films as professional photographers and videographer for our wedding which was on 8th of January 2022, we picked a package of photo coverage and video coverage on our wedding date about 6 hours of service and paid them in full 2 months prior to the wedding date. We are supposed to pick 550 pictures out of what ever pictures they captured plus a video and another vid for the highlights, we have the option to pay more and get all the pictures if we wanted to as well, however when we got sent the pictures we were very disappointed of the quality of pictures most of the pictures were unprofessionally taken such as: most of the pictures were out of focus we would be standing still not even moving and the picture is still blurry, pitch black dark pictures that you can't even look at, Unfocused, out of frame pictures like the ones your mom would take for you in the park and overall very poor quality of pictures. They captured ***** pictures we are supposed to choose 550 to get edited we could only choose ************************************************************************************************************************** pointless such as they have taken ******************************************************************************************************************* the grand entrance, special moments were lost and we missed our one time life experience due to how unprofessional the service was, and we didn't pay them for this type of service we paid them about $3,500 for a professional photography and videography. we reached out to request a call to discuss the pictures we got turned down saying there's no conference calls after the wedding and everything have to be by emails so we emailed them and told them how unpleasant we are with the photos and after weeks of going back and forth with no results they only offered a second shoot which will not work because we can't relive those moments, we requested a partial refund and we were ignored.
