The contract for the remodeling my pool was executed on March 26, 2021. Work started on May 10th and stopped on August 15, 2021. Work remains incomplete. A spillway from the hot tub to the pool is not installed and the interior surface of the pool has not been installed. The contractor and its subcontractors text completion dates every week but never show up to complete the job.Business response

To whom it may concern.
The water feature for the spa that needs to be installed is a special order item that we have been waiting to receive so we can install. This needs to be installed before pebble can be installed. The customer is well aware of this. The customer has a contract other than the one that they decide to send you. There is strict contractual payment procedures that the customer has not followed. Customer has been informed of everything that is going on, so we are not sure why the customer is sending this to the **********************.
