For the past 12 months, TMC Custom Pools has been working on our backyard pool. We paid over $150k+ for this pool/ spa/ waterfall and we are still waiting for them to show us how to use the equipment. The pool we ended up with is NOT the pool we envisioned. They made changes without advising us but it was too late as they had poured the concrete. From the start, they were non-responsive (very rude when responding), would never show up for appointments, had terrible workmanship, left a dirty and unsafe worksite at all times, had poor installation of equipment and even had missing equipment, allowed their subcontractors to manage the job thus leaving us with numerous measurement and scaling issues. We can give other numerous examples but they are unwilling to take ownership of ANY issues they caused. The only time they would show up is to collect payments, which we paid in full. Their non-responsiveness goes beyond rude. It's be a year and we are still awaiting a clean "hand-off" as to how to use the equipment. We had to clean the jobsite ourselves and even the pool as they left debris/ dirt/ rocks in the bottom of the pool and concreate stains on our brick and tile. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Now that they are paid in full, they will not respond to any of our requests e.g. show us how to use the equipment we paid for. We would hate to let this go unsaid, so we are hoping this can help other hardworking people from feeling the huge financial and emotional distress that this took on us. Thank you.
