    I have been a customer with ****************** and ******************************************************************** LLC for over 2 years. At the start they were clear communicators and did their job well of finding a tenant for my property in the Phoenix area and managing the finances/documents between the two party's. Issues began to occur Fall of 2021, when the tenants had a broken freezer. The property manager took weeks to notify me and did not complete work as liaison between warranty company and the owner(me) as agreed and services for managing the property paid for. I called to get the work scheduled and sent information back to the property manager. I was surprised to find out 4 months later that the same issue of a broken freezer was never resolved. Brewer and Stratton did not follow up with the tenants or myself to confirm the work was completed. It was truly embarrassing as a property owner to have the tenants go 4 months without a freezer due to the lack of communication. I had to take control of managing the project to completion. In January of 2022, a sewage leak occurred with the toilet. The property manager once again had delayed responses between the warranty company and plumbing vendors. It took greater than 72 hours to respond to the leak. Once a vendor did respond the property manager would not coordinate in any span less than 24 hours for every communication between tenant, owner, and vendors. The work became so delayed the tenants vacated. Even at this point I understood the circumstances and did not directly blame Brewer and Stratton. Once the tenants vacated though, they did not complete a final walk through, confirm doors/windows were locked, or collect all the keys for the property. 3 weeks later, during a business trip I was horrified to find out squatters had gotten into my home via the unlocked windows, the side gate was broken, and the back fencing wall had completely fell. No escalation was given from the property manager to owner, no ownership or actions to resolve provided.

    My husband and I have been having the worst time with this company. We've rented a house for 4 years and we had a property management company before this company and I wish every single second of the day we had the old property management company. We rent a house that's about 1000 sq ft. We've had the ** at 73 every summer for 4 years. On a Sunday night our ** turned on and it sounded like the house was going to explode. We put on a maintenance ticket. They responded early morning and said someone would be here by noon. 2pm came around and we hadn't heard a word. It's ******* and it's 110 plus degrees and it's incredibly humid right now which makes it worse. We finally heard from the company that was coming to look at our ** at 3pm and they said they would be at our house around 5 to 7pm. Luckily they ended up getting here early. The guy looked at the ** and said pieces of the fan are broken and rumbling around the **. Pretty bad problem. The temperature continues to get higher and higher. We're now at 78 degrees and climbing. My husband and I have called multiple times and no one will call us back or text. One lady named ****** will only respond by email. They're saying they're working hard to get someone to come fix our ** but that's a complete lie. It's now Tuesday and they have absolutely no time frame of when someone will be here. I wish I could upload a video of how loud our ** is. My husband and I have to scream to talk to each other while we're sitting on the couch not even 2 feet apart. Don't use this company! The only response we've gotten from the company is that it's not completely broken yet and is still cooling and that she has a house and she can't cool her house down to 78 quickly. I don't care what this lady keeps her house at and it's not relevant to us in any way. I'm anemic and hypoglycemic and the heat makes me so sick I pass out. This company is absolutely unbelievable.
