I hired the company T2 pest services On their website they clearly advertise the prices and that they have a 100% guaranteed satisfaction policy . For all services. They sent a Technition out initially the caller told me I pay 155$ up front its the one time fee and thats for 3 months so basically 3 months for the 155$the service was initially started the tech rushed only 10 minutes to spray a **** square ft home inside and out I needed a good job because of newborn the risk of a ***** a health riskTech did not ********** properly they missed tons of places and not only did the roaches appear more but they were alive and now moving to the areas like above a bed and crib. the tech made me fill my credit info on a sheet of paper which wasodd it Made me uneasybut then over a week later they charge my credit card again. I paid the services as expected on the day . But the problem is not even a day later there was roaches still now here at 3 months still showing roaches . and they were not dead but alive its a health risk that is why I chose them based on the website the advertise 55$ and money back guarantenot pleased I got charged for a service that was not delivered. I contacted them and explained my experience how the tech rushed threw andNot only did they try to tell me its normal. But they resent the SAME tech. And they said it was a redo free of charge They even sent paid in advance recipet to me the day of the redo. And the Technition stated it was free for the respray been over 3 months&roachesand the office was trying to charge me again! For the same service I have a reciept from the job and the word from the Technition it was free . But they proceed to tell me my card was declining , they triple charged me way over the ad Come. And they save my card info with out my acknowledge and did not ask to charge my cardI am disappointed and got takenAdvantage of. This company they are unprofessional and false advertisement and fradguenly charging my card.
