      I purchased a recreational vehicle weather cover from *********************/Gander RV ********************************** on 6/10/2021. When I bought it I also purchased a Cover Plan 3 Years replacement plan for which I was charged $219.99.Less than a year later the cover structurally failed and I submitted documentation and pictures to have the cover replaced under this plan. ********************* concurred, made copies of the documentation and currently has the old RV cover. I have been unsuccessful, however, in obtaining a replacement cover from them. This is not a supply chain issue. After initially ordering an incorrect part ********************* has been saying that the correct item is in their warehouse in *********** but that item has yet to be placed on their self-described bi-weekly delivery truck. This has been going on for some time and it is now June. Calls and messages to store management are not being returned.I feel it is important for consumers here to be aware and make an informed decision before paying money to ********************* for a product replacement plan of this type. My desired end state for this complaint is for the cover to be promptly replaced. If they are not going to replace the cover, it is appropriate that they refund the $472.99 purchase price and $219.99 Cover Plan 3 Years.

      We took our 5th wheel in for service Feb 24, 2022 to have the slides adjusted.. we went to pick it up on 3/18/2022 and the drivers side slide was not even-one side was 4" out and the other side of it was digging into the side of the rv wall. They promised to fix it and deliver it to us on 3/21/22. When they pulled up, there were wires/flaps hanging out from the sealed underbelly. That was something that had not been like that. We took pictures, talked to the driver who repeatedly said it was not his problem, the delivery driver contacted the service department and we also called. They told us they would set up and appointment with a traveling service person to come out. He came out and said the area had been deliberately cut and they could source the materials locally to repair it but had to talk to ***** first (service Manager) We waited quite some time before calling the service department. Calls go unanswered and texts and emails are ignored. We have called corporate 3 times-when the phones at the store/service are are not answered they get booted to corporate. 3 complaints about no communication from service to us. My husband physically goes to the service area and gets no resolution. We have already had to cancel one trip due to this and the lack of anyone caring about it is scary. We have an extended service agreement from Camping world from when we purchased our unit which was why we took it there. it has been a month since they told us they would get it fixed. I would never recommend them. We understand businesses are busy-but answer your phone and communicate with your customers. They have lost us as a customer. My husband got through to them, and they will get someone to fix it-but its really not their fault and they won't send they service guy until he is" coming out this way". Again-totally unacceptable.
