This dealership has received parts and funding from the manufacturer to complete authorized warranty services; however, to this day, my ************ 5th still sits untouched in their lot. I have attempted to contact the service manager and the general manager to no avail. This has gone on for over a year at this point. I have been asked to drop off my trailer multiple times. Each time they say 3 weeks to complete the work, but it never gets started. This time they have had my trailer since November of last year.Initial Complaint

The service department is absolutely by far the most horrendous service department I have ever experienced. To start, I called in early July to have them work on my refrigerator and water pump as these things were not working within a month of my purchase. They said we have a long wait list so we will see you end of September. 2nd my appointment in September comes up and I drop my trailer off. I call a few days later and find out the ENTIRE service department is in training ok whatever, is it stupid to put your entire department in for training and just leave trailers sit? Yeah but I was able to get over it. Fast forward to the following week after training. I call and see whats the status. I get were short staffed and havent looked at your trailer. So whats the point of having an appointment? Apparently they have no idea what thats supposed to mean? Fast forward to now over a month and I still have no idea if my trailer has even been looked at or not? They are ghosting my calls and wont return my voicemails. I will NEVER do business with these people again. I wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Just an absolute embarrassment of a company do better Little Dealer.Initial Complaint

My wife and I purchased a ************ travel trailer from Little Dealer Little Prices in May of 2022. We also purchased an extended warranty. We were able to use our camper two times and then we contacted the dealership in September of 2022 to schedule warranty work and were told to bring to the dealership on December 17, 2022 which we did. The roof had some bubbling, the invertor was malfunctioning and the kitchen blinds had fell off the window. After 6 months our trailer was still not repaired and we had to fight tooth and nail to get the repairs completed. The service department actually put dents in the roof and it looks awful. We also had to pay an inspection fee of $400.00 after the repairs were supposedly completed in June of 2023. The roof had to have additional work but is still dented. We have finally been able to take our trailer on a camping trip in September 2023 and what a surprise we had! Our new original battery had been replaced with an old one and we had no power, the new toilet that came with our trailer had been removed and replaced with an old one with a broken flapper with deep wear marks into the plastic from the spring ******. There was also sawdust on the floor from whoever replaced the toilet. The water pump was not pumping and the water heater plug was removed as well as water leaking from behind the front storage compartment faucet. As you can imagine we were not able to camp without power, water or toilet. Little Dealer Little Prices service department must have thought they really pulled a real fast one on us. The communication with the service department has been very disorganized and frustrating. What good is the manufacturers warranty or extra warranty? We have several emails from dealing with the service department and pictures although the most recent pictures are from what is referenced above. We would like a new trailer or our money refunded in full from this purchase as we have really been screwed over.Initial Complaint

Purchased a brand new camper from Little Dealer Little Prices in March 2023. The awning was broken when we purchased it but we were told a new one was ordered. It is now August and we have been told countless times since March that it was forgotten, backordered, a special order or not ordered at all, We took it in for sun coating and it came back missing the table leg and the water tank cap. We tried to use it last weekend and the air conditioner broke. We have only ever used the air conditioner twice and it is now broken. After going around and around with the service manager and the store manager there is no resolution and very little communication on their end. It takes a week for the managers to return my emails/calls. We told them we would like them to buy the camper back and the store manager told me there are a couple of options to make that happen but he won't tell me the offers they are willing to make. We would just like them to buy the camper back for something close to what we purchased it for so we can purchase from somewhere else. There are so many reviews on the BBB website that describe a similar experience to what we have had. I have all the emails to support my statements.Business Response

Purchased a new trailer on 12/31/2021 for over 100K. Bought extended warranty. ***** having some issues with the electrical system and an awning right away. It was always months before they could schedule service, but the trailer was still usable so I kept using it.Finally began having issues with the hydraulic system. Earliest apt I could get was for 10/22, past 1 year warranty. Gave them complete list of items and they said they could not repair them all, so I paired my list back. Then they claimed they did not show I had an extended warranty, but I provided paperwork.Months have gone by and they still have my trailer. When I call I usually cannot get ahold of anyone who knows anything. Sometimes I get someone who tells me that it is scheduled to be worked on, ro they are hiring a new technician. Still nothing. Tired of their terrible customer service, would prefer a full refund of trailer at this point since I haven't been able to really use it anyway.Initial Complaint

Purchased ************ 231RK on 10/8/2022 from Little dealer Little Prices of Mesa. Took the trailer on a camping trip and identified multiple issues, as follows: 1. Incorrect hitch installed on pick-up date 2. broken awning (unusable) 3. Bulging molding around bathroom door 4. Crack in bedroom cabinet fascia right side 5. broken door lock on bedroom door (unusable) 6. Shower door upper rod cut to short and pops out. (unusable) 7. replace quick connect (recalled issue) These were reported to ************************* the service manager. We scheduled an appointment with ******* to have these items repaired on 1/2/2023 to be returned that week in order to attend reserved camping trip, 1/3-1/16/2023. We did not receive the trailer back until afterwards, we lost the reservation and cost of reservation at $104. When we picked up the trailer, all of the above items were resolved except #4 and #6. The tech told me that he had tripped and put his tool through the cabinet door and a new part needed to be ordered. We noticed #h when we went to use the shower on a subsequent camping trip. We returned the trailer on 3/17 to have these two items fixed. We picked up the trailer and went camping 4/5-4/9, where we discovered #6 had been resolved but the inside shelving of the cabinet was now broken and damaged and not reported. It appears the tech repairing the fascia damaged the shelving during at that time. I reported this to *********************** and ************* on 4/10 and did not receive a response on a path to resolution. I am asking for a refund of the following: Peace of Mind Package, $995 Missed camping trip, $106 Gas, $100 We are still awaiting a response from them on getting this resolved.Business Response

To Whom It May ******** I came into the dealership on 2 December 2022 and spoke with *****************, with ****** from ************ on speaker phone. He advised me to compose this message as a time line to describe the dilemma and utter dismay I have been experiencing with the service department with Little Dealer Little Prices. My wife, ******, and I purchased our dream travel trailer in October of 2021, an Imagine XLS 22RBE. We took it for its maiden voyage the day we picked it up in October 2021. Although, the trailer was not cleaned and we did not get a complete walk through with a service tech. Which we were told is standard with the delivery a new trailer or **. The first camping trip was good. Fast forward to January 2022, and we took our second journey. We discovered a couple of warranty concerns and contacted the dealership immediately. We were told the soonest available appointment for diagnostic would be April 2022, four months later! I thought that was obscene, but ** told that is pretty standard for the ** world. Little Dealer Little Prices has a sign on their counter that states same day service when possible, and they tell you on the phone when making an appointment that is an option to wait sometimes, also. A phone call isnt even returned same day, or ever. When I dropped the trailer off for the diagnostic appointment, I was told it would not be a same day service and I would be called when it was ready for pick up. At this point we had another trip planned two weeks away. I was told if it hadnt been diagnosed yet I could pick it up and use it for the trip, without using my place in line, and bring it back. I had to do just that. During this trip I actually broke something and when I brought the trailer back I was told I could only have 10 items on my repair list. I had to bump an item off my warranty list to fit my damaged item on. The trailer was finally ready to be picked up in June, and I was told I had to come pick it up immediately or I would be charged a storage fee for everyday that it had to stay there. I lived in ********, three hours away from the dealership, and I was calling almost every week asking for updates about when it would be ready for pick up. I was then scheduled for a repair appointment for August 2022. When I arrived for that appointment, I was met with confusion as to why I was there. I was told no parts had been ordered and some measurements werent completed when the trailer was last at the dealership. And the somebody hadnt done their job. I was told that if I left the trailer the parts would be ordered and everything would be squared away and the repairs would get done. I call frequently asking for updates and estimated completion dates. I keep getting the same answer of I dont know, we are short staffed, we get a lot of call outs. I finally called ************ and they were able to determine that my trailer had not been registered by the dealership as of the date of this message, the warranty approval was dated in July, they had requested some follow-up info in August that had not been received and only one item had been ordered. The service manager, ****, has been less than helpful. He is rude and disrespectful. He doesnt help his staff with disgruntled customers, rather he closes his door. He has no idea what is going on in his own department. He cannot find any information regarding any customer concerns on his own. This ordeal has taken the better part of a year while the actual possession of my trailer has been in the dealer parking area for more time than its been with me. I have missed out on several trips with friends and family due to the trailer being at the dealership for diagnostic or repair. I have only been on three total trips for the little over a year I have owned the trailer. This doesnt add up for me. I keep making my payments without the opportunity to enjoy the benefits.Business Response

Purchased brand new 2022 Gulf Stream Ameri-Lite travel trailer ("TT") on 6/27/2022 from Little Dealer Little Prices ("LDLP"). Picked up 6/28/2022. They responded they can't look at it till October. I contacted **** @ corporate and she told me I could take it anywhere for repair, but I couldn't because they required payment up front. 10/25/2022 took TT to LDLP for repairs. LDLP said they looked over, tagged areas for repair & took pictures then they will send to corporate warranty claims for approval. I called several times for status (11/2, 11/4, 11/8 etc.), usually left vm with no return call. 11/18/2022 ****** sent request to warranty, and they are waiting on their response. 12/06/2022 ****** hasn't heard anything. She sent me to *******, left vm. 12/27/2022 I sent an email to corporate customer service. In this email I told them I would contact an attorney to discuss the Lemon Laws in Arizona. I said this is poor customer service, its terrible that Ive been waiting 5 months for repairs and demanded my TT be repaired or a new replacement prior to 5:00 pm 01/02/2023 or I would be forced to proceed with legal action, including contacting the BBB and **************************
