The issue has been going on for months now since February. I have paid to have solar panels installed at two homes. In which case 1 handled be **** (went great) and the other handled by ********************* (still not complete). My experience with ***** has not been great. He simply made the sale then dropped the ball. ***** didnt provide full details of the installation nor discuss with me the location or even the potential issue with birds. For months my panels were not producing my SRP bill was the same as before the solar panel. When I contacted ************ got no response / no call back for over 1 month. On top of paying the same SRP bill, I noticed that there were extreme amounts of bird p*** on my deck and in my pool. Again, I reached out to both Genesis Power Solution and *********** (installation company). And what I received was a quote for $850 to add bird netting. Not only do I have an added cost for panels not working and added cost for cleaning and sanitizing my pool and deck with the only answer was to pay more out of pocket. Still today no resolution for bird problems at all. As of July 20th my solar panel were just brought online and seem to be working (fingers crossed waiting for my next SRP bill).I would like the company to treat me with respect and improve their customer service. They should cover the bird netting with all the additional money I have already paid I should not be expected to come of pocket. I am cleaning up p*** 3 times a day in 100 degree temp, instead of enjoying my pool.Business response
