I worked for this company part time from February 2023-April 2023 coaching volleyball. Not only did my last paycheck come in the mail 2 and a half months later and it bounced. And I had to wait until the end of July 2023 to get a check from them at wouldnt bounce. Now, I am still waiting for my **** from them. My husband received his in the mail yesterday only to see his name and information on one of the copies but then 2 were of completely different names and their information. What do we do from here? This is insane. All for a side job.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was May 26, 2023 for a midnight tournament, the total being $208. As of May 31, 2023 an **mail was sent by a sports supervisor that there wasn't enough teams and refund would be processed and will be refunded within 10 days. The **mail was sent by a ****** who is no longer with the company so I got in contact with another supervisor, *************************** who I **mailed multiple times before she informed me that she gave it to her boss and she was waiting on an answer. July 23, 2023 is when I **mail for an update and got no response. I got in contact with a lady who does our soccer schedule and she gave me a phone number to the head soccer guy. The first time I called ***** was July 31, 2023, as he acted like it wad the first time hearing of this. He said he was on his way to the office and he would call back after finding out information. No call back. Gave him a few weeks and still nothing, so again I called on August 15, 2023 he said he found out that the refund was being processed as of August 5th and it takes about 2 weeks to get back and to call again if on Friday morning at midnight it wasn't deposited back into my account. As 2 weeks would not be Friday it would be Saturday the 20th. Wasn't sure they worked on weekends so waited until Monday the 21. Called ***** again and he said he wad out of the office but he would make some calls and call me back. Few hours later still no call so I called again and it went to voice-mail.
