            I obtained cd tax @ financial in *******, ** for tax year 2017. The agent was ***********************. She subsequently quit & I moved to *******, ** with ***************************** doing my taxes for a trust account that I am a Trustee for. After numerous requests for a zoom meeting in March (which she cancelled), I have almost weekly requested updates, callbacks etc. these are documented in emails to **************** ******************* ********************** Another managing partner has left the business after it moved from ************************************** to their home office due to Covid. *************************, managing partner, sent me a **** for ** 2019. I cannot find any info on her to contact her. Friday, Oct 15th, 2021 was the tax filing date for an extension of the 2020 tax year. My calls on Thursday Oct 14th went unanswered & other calls the previous week leading up to the filing deadline. Concerning me most is that 2 emails to hello@ cdtax.com were Undeliverable in my inbox on Friday. The number that I have for ***************************** is **************************** Any help would be appreciated.
