Former employee here. I had my resignation submitted by the clinic manager after she failed to address my concerns. Our working relationship began as supportive until her spouse had inappropriate contact directed towards me. She did not address this except to say,"we've been together 12 years, so..." After I brought it to her attention and my level of uncomfortableness with the situation, that was her only address of the matter. Within the next few days I was reprimanded for my work by having her and her regional manager tell me my probationary period would be extended to 120 days. The Manager then went through my resume and would call me to her office (during work hours) to question me about it. Her manager insisted I choose what I would like to do, concerning work the day before my resignation was submitted by the manager. The regional manager only spoke to me about why my probationary period was being extended NOT addressing the core issue and inappropriate behavior in the slightest. I'm being evicted and facing financial repercussions for something I did not ask for and it has yet to be addressed.Review from Zhenna W

They withheld important test result from me and when the medication they first gave me didnt work because they didnt give me all the medication that I needed, I had to pay for another doctors visit just for the doctor to say theyre must of been a miscommunication Im sorry you were also positive for this. What kind of miscommunication is that?? That is medical negligence. They had the chance to tell me the whole week and a half until I had to come back because I was still having issues. Not only that I have complained to them about it and they never responded to me. Shows how professional they are and how much they really care about their patients. ZERO STARS I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK.Review from Miguel M

Worse care ever gave three prescriptions that my insurance did not cover after calling back four times to request prescriptions transferred because they sent it to the wrong pharmacy and then finding out that my insurance wont even cover these prescriptions and calling back to beg them to help me, all I got was someone yelling at me and screaming at me. So I hung up and I just received a call back from someone angrily talking to me about how I hung up. I informed them to never call me again. Do not waste your time.Review from Virginia M

Terrible client service. My grandson has been real sick and the receptionist said that my grandson hadn't been in there for 5 years which was incorrect. He had been there several times in 2023. She said my health insurance card was life insurance and that my name was on it. It was on it because I'm the guardian. She was rude and very stupid. She said we didn't have health insurance which was a lie. She apparently was not trained and didn't know how to read. What a horrible clinic employing people like her. I'll never go there again unless they write me an apology.Review from Sissy M

I went to the clinic on February 23rd 2024 at 7:15. The lady who is working the front desk told me that they could not see me unless I had an appointment. so I had to call the place in ****** and they told me that if they didnt have no appointments they were supposed to be taking walk-ins because thats exactly what it said on the app. So I walked back into the clinic and she still will not see me. She was the rudest lady made me drive all the way to the ****** clinic where I was seeing at 7:45 and caused them to be late to leave and go home at 8:12.I I did report her I hope it gets taken care ofReview from Patricia P

My son had an urgent care visit last June. He has insurance through my employer and ******** for a disability. Nextcare billed my health insurance but did not bill ******** and every time I call give me a different answer as to why, each of which is factual wrong or an out right lie. When I call, i get various excuses and told misinformation, such as they are waiting for ******** to contact them with information to submit the claim even though I facilitated a three way call between Nextcare, ********, and me and the Nextcare rep said they had all the information they needed for the claim. It seems Nextcare is willing to take advantage of those with disabilities by not billing correctly, or fixing the issue the first, second, or third time it arises. Money is the obvious bottomline as my out pocket through personal health insurance is more than ******** will pay on this claim.Review from Kathy H

I had an urgent care visit at the **************** clinic in March 2023. Because I had recently retired and had insurance through COBRA and my insurance card had not been reactivated, they charged me $535, which I paid via credit card at the time of the visit. I submitted the claim to my insurance company, who then also paid Nextcare. Nextcare acknowledges that they owe me a refund of $535 but refuse to pay me. I have called multiple times and each time I am told that yes I'm owed the refund but no action has been taken. At this point I have no recourse but to file a complaint with the ************************* for insurance fraud.Review from P. B

My husband got turned away at the Nextcare on Willow ***** in *********** 12/27, that was at 11am! He had also scheduled a 9:45am virtual visit and no one called him back so he drove 30 minutes into town to get in.Review from Sariah L

This complaint is for the next Care urgent Care on *****, ******************************************************************* They don't have an address to choose for this location for some reason!I came to check in my daughter here at NextCare urgent Care on Unser we sat here for about two almost three hours as we're waiting for the doctor to come in my husband calls to let me know that he has to drop my two year old off because he has to now go to work as I'm on the phone with my husband mind you the doctor is not even in the room yet and we've been waiting 2 hours he tells me he's going to bring me my son, the doctor decides to walk in mid conversation gave me a dirty look rolled her eyes and tells us that she cant help us because we're on the phone and slams the door. Then I proceed to hang the phone up and walk out the room and explain to her that I'm off the phone but the way she acted was poorly uncalled for then she began to tell me that she's not going to work with us or give us the test results and we needed to leave mind you we sat there for 2 hours my 4-year-old daughter is still sick I was late to work and told that I am immature because I answered the phone to my husband so I could be updated of my little baby boys whereabouts. This visit was sad for most of the visits I've had it's ridiculous how people treat kids these days ???????. The names of the lady's are *********************, *******, and ******* these lady's are ridiculous ??.
