On or about the 16th of November I took my vehicle down to Earth Movers as my ** was blowing hot air. I left my vehicle for them to fix the problem upon picking my vehicle up I was told that it only needed a can of Freon and antifreeze, and I was charged almost a $100.00. It being cold where I love I haven't really used it. However, around the 18th I tried using it and it was still doing the same thing it was doing before I I took it to the shop. I immediately phoned them and was advised by ****** that he could not get vehicle in until today the 30th of November he stated the reason being is they were too swamped. So today I was supposed to take it in so my sister called prior to let them know we would be taking in and he said hold on and put her on hold then came back and said the ** machine wasn't working and it would be another couple of weeks or more without any concern of my vehicle in which have already paid for the repair to be done. So, I then called and spoke with ****** explained to her the situation and asked if I could get my money back to take it somewhere else where it could be fixed within the next couple days. ****** advised me to allow her to call her Aunt ******************* (the owner) and she would get back with which she never did. I then went by the shop to see if they were swamped like ****** had advised and there was not one car there. I already paid for this repair ro be done therefore I am asking they either fix my car within the next couple days or they refund me the money so I can get it fixed.Business response

I checked into this previously and I thought that we had taken care of her vehicle after this happened. Im sorry for my misunderstanding but I will send her a check for the money she paid. If you could verify her mailing address I will get it out immediately. Again, I do apologize for not getting this taken care of sooner.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
