              I have enjoyed the professional care and attention to detail at the first ave. location of European wax studios for over 5 years, perhaps even longer. I have always appreciated the attention to detail, the pleasant conversations and most recently the most careful attention to prevent the spread of covid. I have increased the services pre paid as they really do it's best to meet my needs. When uncomfortable with an employee I was offered a different esthetician allowing me to stay with the company and enjoy my services. I have pre paid passes for lower legs, underarms and bikini. I have bought more passes when sales were offered. Tonight I was informed that my lower legs pass does not include my toes anymore. I have always had toes included in each and every lower legs procedure I have ever received there. I purchased my passes with this understanding. Tonight I was told that toes are not included unless I pay more. This is not the total services of which I prepaid and received.

              My wife would show up on time and have her appointment canceled on the way. She would show up and the business doors would be closed and ******************* would be waiting outside saying no one has a key so they can't do waxes. She would show up after an appointment was confirmed and find out they moved it to another day without telling her. Called for 4 days to get ahold of a manager. Asked for a refund for remaining passes since she couldn't receive service and was told she could only get a credit for some of the remaining passes because they don't do refunds.
