I paid the business $120 for the product and shipping. They then requested another $100 for insurance which was never mentioned before. When requested a refund because didnt want to send more money they refused. States I either send $100 or dont receive product or refund. Just want $120 returned as I refuse to send more money.Initial Complaint

I entered into a contract with Premium Weapon House. I paid for my ammunition and received an email and text message informing me that I needed to pay an additional $200 for insurance on my purchase. That was never expressed in the original agreement. I received multiple text messages trying to convince me to pay more but I refused. I then told them either ship my items or I want a refund. I was told they were not going to refund me until I pay the insurance that wasn't part of the original agreement.
