      I received an email stating I had been denied for credit with this company. I did not apply for credit. The email contained a pdf labeled "notice of adverse action" which contained my maiden name and an address where I lived 5 years ago. When I called to inquire why my credit was being checked for an application I did not submit the company did not even ask my name and told me that they could provide no information. The company stated that I could email their customer service department but that there was no phone number. I asked for a copy of the application that was submitted, they said they cannot provide it. I asked for my information to be removed from their system so there was no option for any mailings from them with my information printed to even occur, they said there was no way to do this.The business information provided on the pdf is :H33**3632373836333537H #** ***** Apache Reservation Admin ***** ******* **, ***** ************

      My identify was stolen and beginning on March 26th 2024 an individual began trying to take credit out under my name. The person who stole my identity took a line of credit out of 1000$ through this lender by only running a soft credit report.After finding out about the identity theft and running my credit reports I contact this lender.I contacted the lender on 4/16/24 to find a way to resolve this issue and prove that this was not me who opened the line of credit. I found out that they have no fraud department and no reasonable way for me to go about dealing with this complaint. Basically leaving me empty handed and expecting me to back the bill.The person on the phone said I could send them a copy of my bank statement to prove the money was never placed in my account; witch is totally unreasonable and irrational. This is not a legitimate way to verify the fraudulent transfer of the money, and also why would I give my personal information out to some unknown bank in a different state that is not FDIC insured? Then the person on the phone said to contact my local police department for help. I did this, and based on the information I gave them, I am now placing this complaint. But the person on the phone knew that this would go no where, other then having a police report filed.This lender clearly dose not want to help or work with any person who has identity theft or fraud claims. If they did they would be able to provide a reasonable way to deal with the fraud.I am very uncomfortable with this bank and its lending procedures. I had to provide the last four digits of my social security number in order to confirm the account, and I am now very worries about how they are going to use this information. This lender is now sending me frequent text messages asking for their late payment, almost harassing.

      I received a loan for ****** three days ago(Tuesday August 22, 2023). And this morning eaglevalleylending removed ****** out of my bank. The terms read it would be 2 weeks after the funds are in my bank that the first payment would be due. I waited a lil over a week to think about the offer since they were asking me for such a high interest rate(basically I was borrowing****** and paying them 2,****** via paments every 2 weeks). I got the loan on the day I did because it would also fall in line with my pay check which is every 2 weeks.Now they took money out on a date that I never agreed upon. When I called them and asked them to fix the issue and explained that it had a 2 week window they were adamant about not changing anything or giving my money back which im overdrawn on at my bank. This feels like a scam to me. Why would anyone borrow 700..00 only to start paying then ******* 3 days later? You get a loan like this because you're desperate so how could you possibly have the funds to pay them. No one would agree to those terms. I believe this business is run by someone who shouldn't be allowed to steal from people who have lil money.

      Hello,I have taken a loan with this company for the amount of $661.68.I have made payments so far totaling $302.82 in the last 6 weeks.Presently it says my balance is still $636.08. I am not sure this can be correct/legal?I have asked the company multiple times to help me by moving a payment by a few days, and am always told this will not be possible. I was hoping somebody could help me potentially pay this off for the principle remaining taking the payments I have made into account.Please let me know.

      We have received an email from the customer directly to our email address.  We advised ************** that his complaint has been escalated and we will respond within 3 business days.

      I have found that The loan disbursed by this company is ILLEGAL under ****** Statute 604A.010 law, and while they claim tribal immunity, I have found that due to a federal Supreme Court case in 2016 they cannot legally administer loans under the guise of tribal lending. They have no paperwork to adequately prove that they have a sufficient connection to the tribe the claim to be operating under, and they arent licensed in the ***********. Tribal lenders like Eagle Valley Lending have been sued for violating state and federal regulations and lying about their connections to tribes. To Eagle Valley Lending, you are to close my account immediately. The premium for the loan is outrageous and sickening. I have obtained legal advice and am aware that what youre doing is illegal and will not hold ** in any court. You have 30 days from today to close my account as follows and to not debit my bank accounts or I will seek federal action

      I borrowed $640 from Eagle Valley Lending on 11/15/22 and have since paid $382.02 to date and my account is showing that I still owe $946.86. I am requesting to settle my account for the remaining pricipal owed of $257.98. As I do see from prior complaints, I also authorize communication with the Better Business Bureau via this platform.I have revoked any and all ACH authorizations with the company from debiting any and all of my personal accounts, per Federal law, ******************** ****** Preauthorized transfers until this matter has been resolved.I borrowed from this company because I had no other means to do so and I don't think it is fair to have to now pay over double what was borrowed. I would like to settle my principal balance of $257.98 and to cease further communication. Thank you for your help regarding this matter.
