On 1 /13/23 I bought a used refrigerator from ****** ***** for $400 + delvry. It was dark out when it was delivered), I call Lateif to say that refrigerator wouldn't work. He had not honor my request. It was not like the photo he sent me. He said I could exchange it but wouldn't give my money back. 2 weeks later I got another refrigerator closer to my specifications. But, when that was plugged in it fail to kick on and cool. I notified ***** (delivery person) right away and he said would look for another one. I contacted him almost every day, which he promised to send me photos. I never received photos. This went on for the month of February. ***** stopped responding so I reached out to Lateif, manager/owner and couldn't get a responses to my calls or voice-mails. On 3/9 drove over to Phoenix to visit their warehouse which was opened from 9 am - 4pm. When I got there the place was locked up. I reached out to the girl I was texting with, about why no one there. I waited for 2 hrs. She said ******* was on his way, she was making excuses why no one was there. Finally ****** *****, not *******, showed up and promised me he would work with me. We discussed in length what I was looking for. He has another warehouse in Phoenix somewhere, said he would sent me photos and get another refrigerator to me that day. Nothing. I reached out first thing Monday morning, said will send me photos. On Friday he was all about customer service. As of today I have not heard from me. He knows my phone number and will not answer my call. He supposedly has a store in *************** but told me he has moved everything from those stores to *******. This is a lie, he has ads posted on ******** with locations still in *************** I just want my money back & removal of the non working refrigerator in my kitchen, which is in remodel phase. Are you able to help or do I reach out to PHXPD? He has stolen my money and scammed me. I have text msgs to support my claim.Initial Complaint

The appliance store name listed as ASAP Appliances advertise several appliances for sale. I initially inquired about a stove listed at $400 and contacted ****** ***** whom stated that he is the owner on November 08, 2022. He continued to upsell the stove That was listed at $400. After haggling and agreeing on a matching kitchen set, originally to include a refrigerator and stove for $1,200, the money was send to ****** ***** using Cashapp in the amount of $1,200. ****** ***** confirmed receipt. A few days later the deal started to change because of trouble finding what was agreed upon. I was told what I requested will cost additional, another $300 was sent to ****** ***** via Cashapp. ****** received and confirmed by ****** ***** was $1,500. On November 15th. After weeks of trying to work ****** *****, I still have not received a refund for appliances that I paid for and received nothing. ****** ***** is a dishonest man who will give you the run around for weeks at a time and nothing will get done. He will not right any wrongs or take credit for his mistakes.
