On January 19, 2024, I brought my car in for a brake service, ceramics pads (up cost). I was there for six hours. ***** (the owner) said they were having trouble bleeding the brakes and then I saw them pull my car into the back to keep it over night. They worked on it some more and sent me home. Upon leaving the pedal was going to the floor. I turned around and they closed the doors. By the time I got home, there was no brake fluid left. I called the shop and he said to walk to get more fluid. The next morning took it to another brake place, found out a banjo fitting was broken. It took two days to get a response from ***** at Az Tire. He reimbursed for the banjo fitting and brake fluid but would not warranty his work as another shop fixed the fitting, However, within a week the brakes were squeaking. He would not return calls or emails. When I did get a hold of him he insisted he did everything right, but did not cut the rotors and insists that isn't the practice anymore. I called several repair shops and as I thought, rotors can be cut if not too worn. At the time of service ***** said my rotors were good. When questioned why they were squeaking again, he said I must drive/stop hard and hung up on me. The job was not done to satisfaction or correctly. I would like to be refunded in full as I need to get the brakes done and he did not do the job he was paid to do. He let me leave with no brakes, that is negligent on his part and put me in danger.
