I placed this order online for a lithium battery, and never received the item. The website does not have a phone number, but a place to put information in and they will contact you. I have sent several inquires to be contacted, with no return call or email. I sent emails inquiring about the order with no response. ******************************************************************************** No one in a year has bothered to call back, and I left numerous numbers, and even different names trying to get someone to call back. I would like this battery to be delivered or a refund of $1,299.95. Any help you can do to resolve this would be much appreciated. I have uploaded my confirmation email for my payment and what I ordered. ***********************************

I purchased a lithium battery and charger from the company on june 17th of 2021. I use this battery in my boat. They claim to have the best warranty on lithium batteries at 12 years free repair or replacement. Which on paper is one of the best warranties out there. I have been in contact with this company over the last several weeks and eventually they said that they will warranty my battery and have sent me via email the warranty confirmation which i have not received. They said they have sent it 2 or 3 times now and i provided them with the correct email address multiple times. However now that they say they are going to warranty my battery, the battery i have is on back order. Even though i can go on their website and order the exact same battery i have and it is not on back order. I have been trying to get an answer from them on now for since the 25th of april without a reply even though i have sent several messages back to them. I have also sent several emails to which i have not gotten any reply. The only way i have been able to get ahold of anybody at this company is through their ******** messanger. If you look on ****** there are at least 5 revies on there of this exact same issue happening and now the person is without a $950 battery and or charger. I am not comfortable sending my battery back to them when i may never get it back by the sounds of it. All i want is a replacement battery sent out then i will send the old one back or a refund for the cost of a new battery of $950 and i would call it a win. If the bbb wants to move forward i can upload screen shots of the ******** messanger conversations i have had with them.

I purchased a Rhodan trolling motor and Nextgen lithium 36v battery with bluetooth from a very reputable company. The battery completely died less than a year later. I called the installing company and he explained the warranty with Nextgen. I called them and they had me package the battery and send back in June 2023. I have called 30 plus times, emailed and texted with someone named ***** who continues to say the battery is on back order. Meanwhile, you can order new batteries off their site and you can purchase this battery most anywhere. I'm not sure why there are this many complaints against them yet they appear to be doing business as usual with documented posts of not servicing to their reported warranty. I hope that BBB does something about this as they have shown no intent to follow through, and customers are out thousands of dollars. This is not acceptable.

On 4/4/22 I purchased a NextGen Lithium battery bundle of the battery and their *************** online. I had the battery for around a year when the battery started acting up. The battery just wouldn't take a charge. The owner of NextGen recommended that I return the battery and submit it for warranty. I was going to have it shipped when the owner informed me that if I want to save on the return shipping he was going to be driving through my location on his way home from a tournament and he can meet up with me to take it back to the business location in *******. To save myself the return shipping cost, I had my wife meet up with him on 4/4/23 to pick up my battery. After meeting up with my wife, I received the warranty issue on 5/2/23 to confirm the warranty on my battery. I have been in correspondence with NextGen in 4 emails, 2 texts and 1 in person (10/8/23) communication and every time I was told that there was an issue with customs since their products were brought over from overseas. I was kept being told another week or 2 and the replacement would be available. As of today 12/19/23 I still have not received any confirmation on a replacement. At this point I would like a refund because the warranty is not being upheld by the companies warranty.

I paid for a 36v lithium battery with a **************** system on May 30, 2023 and have not received my order (#****). I have sent numerous email and made numerous phone calls about my order which were met with resistance. They don't answer my calls and they don't respond to emails when I request a refund of my money. I no longer want their product . Thank you P.s. they sent me a $125.00 credit so they only owe me $1,125.00.

On February of this year I purchased a battery and the charger for it. I received the battery but have not received the charger. Since February all I have received is excuses and false timelines of when I will receive it. Please help me receive a refund.

I purchased a battery from the company last year from this company for two reasons. A 12yr free replacement warranty and they are a veteran owned and ran company (I too am a veteran). They received the battery back on March 15th 2023, after several requestes for an update they said they were waiting for the replacement to come in. On April 13 they stated there were shipping delays but more were arriving soon. On June 28th they responded with "Hang in there with us, We should be getting them in soon". Then on August 28th they respond with "I want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We know how important it is to receive your replacement in a timely manner". Then they also stopped responding to my emails. It has now been almost 8 months and no battery. I have tried to contact them by phone but they never answer. Would like a refund for battery or my replacement.. I have spent a total of $3150 for 3 batteries
