    The wind from Hurricane *** damage my home on 08/29/21 causing the ceiling to fall in my home. This company accessed for bacteria in my home on 09/25/21. 09/28/21 this company had me initial about ***** line document stating what they were going to do and provide a $1,000 deposit and that they would **** directly to the insurance company. This company never provided an estimate of cost nor how long services would take. During services, they broke a window and tore up cabinets that would be reused for rebuilding my home. The owner is stated he inflates his **** because he knows how to work the system when dealing with the insurance. 10/18/21 this company had me sign a full contract and still no estimate attached to contract. On 10/24/21, an invoice of $81,957 for mitigation and $6,554 for pack out was sent by email for this company. The owner has sent threatening text messages and emails demanding his payment. My house is maybe about **** sq ft and there is absolutely no way mitigation services cost that much. The amount for mitigation is going at $15k-$25k for mitigation. Something needs to be done about this. This guy has come to *******, ********* and scammed plenty people out of their insurance money. Im left with no money to rebuild because his invoice has ate up 50%-60% of my insurance policy. This guy needs to charge the market rate for services or lose his licensing and business for fraud. Im providing screenshots of his invoice, emails, text messages and when the contract was signed on 10/18/21 and not in September when the services started.

    When *** the owner came to our home to look at the damages he was very understanding that this was an issuance claim and that he would be getting paid from them. Not a problem we do this all the time he also stated that this kind of work would be anywhere from 35-50k.First we were made to pay for the dumpsters being used for the project that costs ** 4k out of pocket. He gave me less the 24 hours to find a place to get the dumpster. Then didnt show up the day he was coming. The crew that showed up were very polite and professional. But then the bill came and it was over $75k plus the 4k we paid for dumpsters. We were floored! Price gouging for sure. Then before we even had all paperwork submitted to the insurance company and way before it was even due the harassing text emails and calls started. At one point *** text me at 130am asking where his money was. Threatening to take me to court. And did my insurance company take longer than expected to pay him. Yes! But I tried to communicate with him every week where they were in the process and why it was being held up.I would never use them ago or recommend them to anyone (even if I hated them)

We acknowledge this and assure you that it was not our intention to engage in price gouging in-fact we used industry standard pricing a software called Xactimate which dictates the pricing per insurance companies pricing guidelines. We apologize for any distress or confusion this *** have caused. We take responsibility for the lack of clarity in our communication and will work to prevent similar discrepancies in the future.

    We also apologize for the scheduling issues with the dumpster and the missed appointment. During a period of high demand, coinciding with numerous hurricane-related incidents, our company was faced with a significant influx of projects. We understand that this resulted in delays and difficulties in promptly completing certain projects, including yours. We understand the frustration this must have caused you, and we apologize for any inconvenience or stress it *** have caused.

    Regarding the communication after the work was completed, we deeply regret any  late messages that you received, I am sure there was some kind of connection issue that *** have allowed the text to go through at a later time when connection was made. We sincerely apologize for any distress caused by this. We understand the importance of effective communication and will take steps to prevent such incidents from happening again.

    Regarding the payment delay from your carrier, we appreciate your efforts to keep ** informed about the progress. We understand these delays were beyond your control, and we regret any inconvenience they *** have caused. We appreciate your patience throughout the process, and we will use this experience to improve our interactions with insurance companies.
