I sell a product on the Amazon Seller professional platform that cost $***** a mth. This is my first mth and have only made one payment. My one and only payment was debit from my acct on 04/18/2024. Since before this date I have been trying to update product images of my product on the seller's platform. There appears to be some glitch that will not let me manually update per their instructions. I've reached out to their customer service several times over the last two weeks to get this rectified, as the wrong product image is showing for sale. After 3-4 attempts to get this rectified, I've asked for a refunded of my ***** and to change my selling plan back to the one that is free. Their response was they cannot refund me because I've used their Professional platform tool and benefits that come with the plan for $*****. I have not been able to use any of their tools or benefits because my product image/details have been wrong from the start. They say they cannot refund me for tools/benefits that I have not even been able to utilize. It's a shame a company so large can get away with such blatant incompetence. They can at least train their employees with all that money have!I would like my refund of $*****.Thank you.Initial Complaint

Good day, while I was actively selling on Amazon, although I did not receive any customer complaints, my account was closed and I received an e-mail stating that illegal business was being carried out. When I asked the reason for the problem, they sent me an e-mail explaining that there would be no response and that they would not provide any further information about this issue. Why is this happening? I want to know where my mistake is. Why is it so easy for my selling privileges to be taken away from Amazon?Initial Complaint

August of 2023 I signed up to become a seller on Amazon. I was approved, I spent well over $15,000.00. My only option upon signing up was to do the *** for the amount of $39.99. I knew I was just beginning so I reached out and spoke to customer service to change to the option to pay per item sold instead however, I was told that there was not a way to advoid the initial $39.99. I received my laser engraver in September of 2023 and made several other large investments as well and started to list items. All of my items showed as active but I had several people reach out to me to inform me that online it showed that the items were temporarily unavailable. I called and spoke to customer service multiple times regarding this but had no luck and always had awful customer service with no positive or helpful input. I was requested to provide a recent bank statement which I had done immediately upon request. I still continued to call about my inactive/items unavailable to purchase with no help. I was requested to update my payment method on file which I did immediately. I was recently requested to provide a utility bill which I also provided immediately. Everything that has ever been requested I have provided right away as I have a lot of money invested in my Amazon selling business. I recently was informed via email that Amazon is unable to reactivate my account. The email states, "we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to enage in deceptive, fraudulent....." I am by no means doing any of this with my Amazon seller account. I finally got a little bit of help after repeatedly calling customer service and the same day that all of my listings were finally active my account then became disabled and the utility bill was requested. I provided that the same day and now received this email stating that my account will no longer be open.Initial Complaint

I recently opened an account because my other Amazon account was hacked. So I tried to close the account not sure if it did. But they closed the new account im on within days, and im confused as to why? because I barely ever ordered from them and they are saying Ive misused the rules but Ive only ordered twice. And the new account I was on I had about 30 dollars in gift card credits that I cant use now because they closed the account. they are refusing to open my Amazon account back up Ive tried contacting them many times about it but they just send the same message over and over and I just wanna get my account reactivated.Initial Complaint

I returned 3 items to amazon, the item says received and refund will process in 2-3 days but its been 1 month and now when I talk to amazon they refused to refund me and now making me submit an ID and personal information to be "considered for a refund"Initial Complaint

I opened a seller account, however, it was rejected in its verification stage. Thus, I have been contacting someone at Amazon seller account (via tickets, call, etc.) to request closure of this account but my request have gone ignored. I started a amazon sellers account. But I had issues with their customer service so I deactivated the account the same day i activated it. It's been sence December 21 2022. Part g . I asked the company to just send that part. I'm using the gate for my large dogs. Instead they wanted to send me another gate with out checking the box. After all just open the box and send that part. Saves on shipping space and insures the buyer and the company the a box was just missing a part. They even could just get it from there company. It's on there website. Still I have not heard anything from the company after I gave them a chance to look into the problem.
