We ordered a custom tuner. Spoke to customer service prior to purchasing it to make sure we got the right one. It came in and we followed the instructions to use it. It didnt work, so we contacted customer service who told us it wasnt compatible with our vehicle. Then said we cannot return or exchange it because it was taken out of the box!!! STAGE 3 MOTORSPORTS SENT ** FENDER FLARES WITH 1 PIECE OF TAPE ON THE TOP OF BOX WHICH CAME APART DURING SHIPPING OR MAYBE JUST LOADING. ONE OF THE FENDER FLARES WAS SCRATCHED AND WE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO GET A REPLACEMENT BUT SINCE THEY WERE PUT ON THE VEHICLE WITHOUT IT BEING DRIVEN THEY REFUSED TO HELP. They sold me the wrong part in the right box. After paying a mechanic to install the part and finding it was the wrong part (the part number is one digit off) I had to pay to have the diff put back together. After talking with them they shipped the new part (after lying to the manufacturer of the part, stating that they had put the wrong part in the box) they manufacture shipped out the right part. I am now stuck with $180 bill and having to pay for the reinstall. VERY poor customer service and management wont talk to you. They just have customer service reps say sorry manager says its not our policy Just order from the manufacture, they provide much better customer service and a better price!Review from Dennis D

Sorry to say I will never order another product from Stage 3 again. I spent thousands of dollars with them over 3 years fixing up my **** Ranger and the last item I ordered was ***** Offroad upper control arms (which is actually Icon who owns *****). One of the uniball studs stripped out way before it even reached torque specs and its been a month or just over and neither Stage 3 or Icon will do ANYTHING to fix an unsafe part. It really is unbelievable that Icon refuses to send a replacement uniball for safety reasons alone, let alone taking care of a customer, and same for ******************** 3 not helping a long time customer. Always consistent with order fulfillment and the pricing is very good. All my orders were high dollar orders of $1500 or more. The customer service staff has always been courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They have mil discount, and they are my go-to for quality aftermarket parts. Too many whiny babies out there that blame others if they order the incorrect parts, etc... Get over it!! Thanks, Stage3 you are a great company,Review from Logan L

I did not have to deal with customer service which seems to be the main source of frustration with this company. I ordered some Bilstein shocks for my truck and it was shipped out the next day and delivered over the weekend so I had a great experience. Everything was well packaged and the discounted price was better than any other deal I could find online.Review from Kyle H

I had good luck with a few purchases a while back, some stuff came damaged, other things late but never a horrible experience. I ordered an exhaust system for my truck, they said it was out of stock but would be latest 6-8 weeks to ship. Gave me a latest date it would be shipped by (may 15) and it is now may 23rd and have not heard from them, no updates, nothing. Horrible customer service, dont expect to get any package that is out of stock but still purchasable. Its crazy they take your money and then tell you youll get your product eventually. I understand now why they have the lowest reviews for aftermarket auto parts. Wont be buying again unless Im wildly compensated for wasting my money and time!
