I am only giving two stars because they do train dogs, but their way of dealing with the people is unacceptable. They lack attention to details, slip up constantly with scheduling, and try to underhand you with their contracts which is horrible. I was excited to have my service dog trained by them. I did all the steps with them from when she was a puppy and waited a long time as well as paid them a lot of money (not including food, vet, and grooming fees) for her to finish training. To begin with, I had issues with them not wanting to keep her for further training when she wasn't sufficiently trained the first time they contacted me to pick her up. The contract has a minimum training length and once she hit the minimum, they urged me to take her home despite the hesitation because she wasn't ready. They answered messages and calls quickly before this then people began ignoring text and phone calls. The second time I came to get her, she left with nastiest ear infection I've ever since in my life. It was ******, raw, swollen, and there were no attempts to let me know until I saw it for myself. It took months of expensive compounded medication for her to be clear. After she was home, we have schedule video trainings. Some went well for a while, but the schedule mix *** and blatantly just not even sending zoom links on our scheduled todays have been happening too frequently. Our contract says for life and yet it seems like they keep intentionally skipping meetings to deter anyone from using the lifetime training. There is soooo much more I could say, but I no longer have the energy to go back and forth. I'm leaving this review so everyone else is aware. My contract is still valid because I paid for it, and they need to do better about this issue. We talked about this, and nothing has change, so now we're here.

********, so sorry just saw this message today 8/2/24. We are sorry that you have found your experience less than expected that is not our goal. We do train dogs to various levels dependent on the handlers ability to participate in the training program. You indicated that you would be able and willing to participate fully in the training program, so our contract, length of training, and fees reflected that in our contract. which you signed. Your contract was for ***** months of foundation training and then coaching you on continuing the training as needed for the life of the dog. Even though our contract stated ***** months your pup stayed with us for almost *************************************************************************************** writing what the items are that they have agreed to. We did discuss/inform you on several occasions about your pups chronic ear issues and also showed you the growth that had developed on the external ear canal. We treat all dogs as directed by a veterinarian who sees the dogs on a regular basis and with permission/direction of the owner. We have for been doing the zoom lessons with you and yes there have been a few faux pas with the scheduling both on our part as well as yours. We have been flexible and when there has been a faux pas with the scheduling, we have corrected it immediately. Typically our Zoom lessons are scheduled out for 1-3 months (which yours were scheduled out 2x for these lengths. Then you were not going to be available for a period of weeks and inadvertently did not get scheduled for your return. There was about 5 weeks that there were no Zoom lessons (due to your being gone and then not being put back on the schedule). When you notified us of this, it was taken care of immediately. You have cancelled your zoom lessons several times by texting and have received answers immediately from our staff regarding these cancellations and/or reschedules. There was also a problem where you mistook the time change (our time in ******* does not ever change). We worked with you to ensure that your lessons were coordinated to meet your needs and when we had Staff available, including extending them out from weekly to every other week at your request.Many times when doing Zoom lessons, you have been in a car driving and certainly this could impact the training. When we have been doing Zoom lessons with you the past few months you have stated that things were going pretty good, have had very few things that you wanted to work on. At no time have you ever contacting us stated that there were any issues via text or phone call in between the zoom lessons. On July 17, 2024 you discussed that you and your pup are ready to take a Public access test and inquired as to when this could be scheduled via live-streaming.
