2021-10-18 - Contacted AZ Automated Gates, *******************************, to automate the ** gate on my property. He came by and gave me a quote of $4000.00 with half being paid at that time. A check, #***, was written out for $2000.00 payable to *******************************. He was to have emailed me the contract when he returned to the office. 2021-10-19 - i did not receive anything from ******************** and called him on the 19th, after seeing that he had cashed the check. He asked me to send him my email as he had lost the paper. The attached file, "Txt Messages sent to and from *******************.pdf", started the text communication with the last message on Nov. 11, 2021, requesting a refund as he was not responding to phone calls. I also had called and left a message requesting refund.I had 3 phone numbers for this business. Phone numbers ************ (ofice) and ************ (cell) quit working at some point after Oct. 27, 2021. On Nov. 11th,I found another number which is ************ which went straight to voice mail for AZ Automated Gates and that is where I left the message for a refund through voice mail and txt.At this time i do not want them to do the job, I want a refund. I do not feel i can trust ********************.
