Someone created an online account with this business and made a purchase. Problem is, they used my email address for this fraudulent account. I called the phone number listed prominently on almost all their pages, including the contact page. ******* would not let me say or do anything other than wanting me to agree to hear more about their medical alert button. She said I reached the medical product team and hung up on me. I called one more time to ask for a contact method and got the same spiel about their product and upon me asking my question said I reached the medical support team and hung up on me.They list only this phone number for support and won't support anyone until they buy something during the call. They need to identify that number as for "sales" as it is not for general support. They need to provide a method for timely contact in fraud situations.Interesting that they claim on their contact page "ActiveForever is a BBB Accredited (A+) business." yet when I look at BBB's rating on BBB website it's C- and not BBB accredited. Their advertised claim of BBB accreditation should be removed.
