Victors Landscaping took advantage of my Senior parents and should be ashamed of themselves! We have had to repeatedly send over photos and complaints regarding their monthly $200+ service. Each time, they received a response we will handle it next time. As you can expect next time kept rolling into the next time which turned out to never. For months this went on. Now their yard is overgrown and dead, yet theyve continued to repeatedly pay for services that were never rendered. Its despicable how Victors Landscaping clearly took advantage of my elderly parents.Review from Karen J

Deserve zero stars!!! Nightmare company. My Mother and I have been using their services for about a year and half. We were going to leave the last renewal, but when we threatened, they finally got off the dime and got out to the property (3 months after we started calling to get them out and 2 months after our "contract" expired). My mother left numerous voice mails that they claim they have no record of (yeah right). Then, when I had them out to treat weeds that had come up during our 6-month contract, they were dragging their feet and not responding. Finally threatened to leave and suddenly I get a response from someone. They come out and treat but the "receipt" now shows different wording about what is not covered than our original contract. So, I email the person again and, since they can't seem to keep track of phone calls, said I am only dealing with them via email so I have a record. I asked for them to send the proposed language of any renewal and keep their word that they would simply schedule us without us having to keep calling and emailing. Well, 4 weeks later and they still hadn't responded. So, even though we were in the process of getting a new provider, my mother wanted to give them a chance to respond and "do the right thing" by keeping wording on our contract as it has always been (lists 4 specific weeds that are not covered instead of just "grassy weeds" which is far too subjective. The owner decided he didn't want to respond and would let us take our business elsewhere, which is very very very fine with me. I tried to get my Mother to drop them 8 months ago. If you want to deal with people who return calls and emails and do what they promise they will, I suggest you run away fast from this company - there are too many competitors out there that know how to run their business and don't given you excuses like "we've had people out sick" for two months.
