            The transaction occurred on Monday 9/27/21 where I hired this moving company to help me move items from my storage unit to my new Apt. Total time for the move was 2 1/2 hours and I was charged $367 which includes a $50 discount the owner would only allow due to his team damaging my leather couch. The couch was in perfect condition and I had to ask the movers more than once not to drag my couch on the gravel pathway to my Unit. Each end of my leather couch is now completely shredded and destroyed. When I attempted to call the owner at that very moment of the occurrence, he would not answer as well as would not return my text message asking for a call. Still no call as of today 9/29/21 and instead called his employee that damaged my couch asking him to revolve the matter with me. The 2 men helping me move unloaded all of my belongings into the parking lot and threatened me stating that if I did not pay them that my belongings would be left in the parking lot for me to move by myself
